Very clean. Comfortable. Classy without being bougie. Rooms were excellent with great amenities. Beds were very comfortable!! Staff heard we had been driving for 3 days straight without stopping to sleep and were very sore. Even though it was past the closing time for the hot tub, they still let us use it! Amazing customer service from every employee we encountered! If i ever return to minot i will absolutely be staying here!!

Only downside was the paint buckets, and construction supplies in several locations, however it’s to be expected as they just upgraded the entire facility!

This hotel was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable and the room and hotel were spotless! They are currently doing Reno’s to the hotel but that didn’t bother us at all. Everything was so nice and clean , fast elevator, nice hot tub that was actually hot and not just warm. Pool was a nice temperature also .. the shallow area was under construction but everything was still great! Hotel is close to shopping, and restaurants. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. We will definitely make this our new go to when we visit Minot!

My children husband and I came to stay one night and even though they are renovating they still had everything clean and accessible. We all loved the pool, the breakfast is great, the beds are absolutely amazing and so comfortable. We decided we wanted to stay again. It is peaceful and comfortable and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying here when we come thru this way again

Everything was perfect

the place was under construction, but the room was still clean and quiet. all the normal items worked and the room was big for the price.

Sadly given the construction process the tv was basically worthless. no channels would come through. but given how much stuff was being done. we understood. of course this likely won't be the case in the future.

Hot breakfast (just weekends apparently). Whole place looked well maintained. The repairs of damages likely caused by guests showed they look after things. It didn't give an impression of being run down. Clean room/building. Nice looking pool (didn't use). Quiet rooms. Vending machines on floors by ice makers and some options at the front (frozen pizza, milkshakes etc.)

Hot breakfast options ran out on Friday. Shower pressure was weak, but likely due to a water saver head.

We were told there would be a hot breakfast but the desk clerk did say she didn't know what it would be tho. All there was, was waffle mix to make waffles and bagels, and bread to toast. No eggs, meat of any kind nothing else. Not impressed.

The breakfast. Our room had like metallic paper on the floor to the right of the window, and there was hair in the sink and bath tub and also on one of the pillows. Other than that it was good.

Beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean. Only issue we had, I had reserved a King room and when we entered the room it was occupied with so.eo es belongings. Nobody was in the room at the time. They had no more King rooms they gave us 2 queens. Really had no complaints on that mistake. Kind of funny 😁

Front desk staff was very helpful. I was actually charging twice. Once from booking site online and again from hotel. Staff was more than helpful in helping me figure out what happened and gave me a 2nd night at a very generous discount. Would definitely stay here again and for sure would recommend

It was kid friendly. The pool was pretty cool with the fountain. The hot tub worked great. And it was clean. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly.

We were doing laundry and we couldn't find the attendant for about 3 hours. She disappeared couldn't get ahold of her because the phone was downstairs, and her laundry was locked in the laundry room and it wasn't even dry. Her name is Christine.

The place is well maintained and clean. Quiet rooms. Soft fluffy towels. Had pen and paper in room. Fridge worked and wasn't frozen. Three pillows on bed of various firmness/fluffiness.

Weekday breakfasts are mostly carbs. Cereal, bread, muffins, waffles. There are hard boiled egg and yogurt options too. Weekend breakfast is more varied with eggs, bacon and potatoes.
