The room was really quiet, with great sound insulation. The room had a lot of space and was comfortable for an overnight stay. It was very nice and clean too!

I would have liked a few more kitchen items in the room. There WAS a sign giving examples of items that the front desk had, and I did not ask for anything, so this is a minor nitpick and I know it was my choice to not ask for it. Since I was only staying one night, it felt like it would be a waste to ask for it just for one night, but if items had been there, I would definitely have used them.

I loved the location, it was just across the street from where our training was being held. Very easy to find and the rooms were beyond expectation! The staff was so friendly and very helpful.

We didn't get the opportunity to order food since there was no one there to make it the first night we arrived. Understandable reasons though. Very disappointed in the breakfast. I Understand that its a grab and go breakfast, but to only offer muffins and granola bars, and oatmeal. That's very disappointing. Also with the coffee, the only options for creamer was the sweet stuff or flavored. Not even any milk or half and half. I also stood forever waiting for someone to serve me at the bar, and there was no one there even though it was open.

The Front Desk Gal was very nice, she was helpful. She explained everything. She was Curtis's to the guests waiting for room amenities.

The Grab and Go Breakfast.... The Muffins were dry. My room Temperature was a bit cool. the thermostat was not working properly. Overall, it was a good Stay. I was staying in town because of the Freezing Rain, and I live 1 hour away from Minot ND.

Nice sized suite. Very comfy bed, Looked like a very nice exercise room which I normally use after a long day on the road but arrived later into Minot due to storms so didnt have a chance to try it out.

Its an extended stay faciility in an oilfield area so furniture showed a bit of wear and tear. Believe me I've seen much worse in Williston.

The front desk person I dealt with was a very lovely person and very accommodating and helpful. The location was good. The hotel was quiet parking was convenient. I was able to bring my dog which is much appreciated.

I wouldn’t necessarily mark this against the property. It says more the manners of the people staying there. It’s so wonderful that they accommodate dogs on this property and several times a day I would walk my dog around the building so that he could do his potty business. There were several piles of dog poo that other people had not picked up and had just left behind, which I just think is so rude. I do think the property should have a policy that requires people to pick up their dog poo and toss it in the garbage. I can’t believe people wouldn’t naturally do that. That is my only complaint.

Because of the time of year there were plenty of rooms and booking was not a problem. The Rate was very good for a big city. The front staff upgraded me to a suite, which was nice, I enjoyed my stay as it didn't seem like just a standard hotel room. The staff did give me a ground floor as i requested so that was good. Bed was good and a full kitchen was available but you would have to purchase/rent all the things to actually cook something. I did make ice for my small cooler.

At first i was disapointed as i wanted to pay US cash for the room but they dont have a cash policy, that annoyed me. Now i would be paying the US exchange rate on a Canadian card. The fact there was not a coffee station in the room also was not a bonus as i dont like to leave my room to get a coffee. The breakfast sub standard. They did have a restaurant in the hotel but it looked like they only served frozen meals. As there were no restaurants near by.

I checked in late and had asked for a ground floor room which they accommodated me with and indicated that I could use a side door. as I parked my vehicle and was ready to go in I noticed that my keycard did not work and have to go back to the front desk. she immediately left her station to help me get in and we were able to get things worked out and she stayed with me and to ensure that I got my luggage in as she knew that I was disabled. extremely friendly and helpful and appreciate the kindness and the beautiful smiles I got it 11:30 PM

my only dislike was that the water was turned to only reach a certain degree and I like a warm shower in the morning and it just did not get to the temperature that I was used to but other than that it was great accommodations and I just love the fact that there was no carpet.

Breakfast was sparse at best, with granola bars and dry muffins. Should not call this including breakfast very disappointing Also not having any glasses in room also disappointing

The rooms are big and have a lot of great features like full-sized fridges. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms also have multiple closets to store stuff out of the way!

The hallways and stairways were filthy, there were dirt chunks all the way up to the 3rd floor. Everything else was wonderful!

Comfortable and clean

Breakfast was extremely weak with zero options to even pay for an upgrade. Also the bathroom bedroom layout is awkward wonder if anyone accidentally pees in the closet🙈
