the place was under construction, but the room was still clean and quiet. all the normal items worked and the room was big for the price.

Sadly given the construction process the tv was basically worthless. no channels would come through. but given how much stuff was being done. we understood. of course this likely won't be the case in the future.

Hot breakfast (just weekends apparently). Whole place looked well maintained. The repairs of damages likely caused by guests showed they look after things. It didn't give an impression of being run down. Clean room/building. Nice looking pool (didn't use). Quiet rooms. Vending machines on floors by ice makers and some options at the front (frozen pizza, milkshakes etc.)

Hot breakfast options ran out on Friday. Shower pressure was weak, but likely due to a water saver head.

We were told there would be a hot breakfast but the desk clerk did say she didn't know what it would be tho. All there was, was waffle mix to make waffles and bagels, and bread to toast. No eggs, meat of any kind nothing else. Not impressed.

The breakfast. Our room had like metallic paper on the floor to the right of the window, and there was hair in the sink and bath tub and also on one of the pillows. Other than that it was good.

Beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean. Only issue we had, I had reserved a King room and when we entered the room it was occupied with so.eo es belongings. Nobody was in the room at the time. They had no more King rooms they gave us 2 queens. Really had no complaints on that mistake. Kind of funny 😁

Make sure the rooms are checked out and unoccupied

It was kid friendly. The pool was pretty cool with the fountain. The hot tub worked great. And it was clean. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly.

We were doing laundry and we couldn't find the attendant for about 3 hours. She disappeared couldn't get ahold of her because the phone was downstairs, and her laundry was locked in the laundry room and it wasn't even dry. Her name is Christine.

The place is well maintained and clean. Quiet rooms. Soft fluffy towels. Had pen and paper in room. Fridge worked and wasn't frozen. Three pillows on bed of various firmness/fluffiness.

Weekday breakfasts are mostly carbs. Cereal, bread, muffins, waffles. There are hard boiled egg and yogurt options too. Weekend breakfast is more varied with eggs, bacon and potatoes.

Location was great, and close to the gym

The beds definitely felt like they were 14 years old. I was apart of the original build and set up and could tell by comfort, and the mattress were the same. There were stains on the bedding my daughter slept on and the hide a bed in the couch had a stain when you lifted up the cushions. Wall had pizza sauce on it by where the garbage sits. Walls could use a good cleaning in bathroom as well

Breakfast was ok for a hotel buffet , the young lady who checked us in was very helpful in finding me a handicap bathroom like I requested online.

I’m handicap and I prefer a walk in shower but the young clerk was very helpful in finding me a handicap tub shower combo it was just on the 3rd floor.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and the pool was bigger and kid friendly. The hot tub was perfectly hot (womans preference) hubby thought it was too hot.

The tub in my bathroom was dirty. The bed on pull out couch was disgusting. Had stains all over it and wasn't even covered with a sheet. Probably wouldn't have noticed how gross it was if it was covered.

Great room for a fair price. We were impressed when we arrived. Tidy room, a good pool with a nice wading area for the kids, and I love how long the continental breakfast goes.

The shower in our room had a previous guests hair on the walls and the drain was so clogged up with hair that it took an hour for the tub to drain. My husband had to pull it apart to unclog it so we could shower.
