A nice hotel: pleasant design and friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Modern style of the rooms and an amazing jacuzzi in the bathroom, which made all the difference. Although the hotel is not in the strict centre, the bus stop nearby makes it easy to get there whenever you need.

The WiFi dit not work that great. The line experienced lots of interruptions. Relatively little choice of bars/restaurants in the hotel, although what was available was nice. The hotel experienced some alterations when I was there, and this resulted in the lobby and corridors being always dirty. While one can understand that the work needs to be done, it was a bit of a shame not to see the reception/lobby to be clean and welcoming.

The hotel is located in a lovely building, it has a nice terrace. There's a cold breakfast buffet in the morning with additional hot foods (scrambled eggs etc.) that are made on request. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable with a lovely seating area by the window. The staff is friendly. I didn't check out the swimming pool.

The hotel is located outside of the centre of Sevilla and it's about 25 minutes to walk there. The area around the hotel is perfectly fine but there are not a lot of facilities such as restaurants. There is a supermarket close by.

Easy reservation and fast check in / check out. Amenities at the reception (local wine); also the usual ones in the bathroom. King size bed; comfortable & wide bathroom. Close enough to the city centre (gentle walk - 30').

No complaint. Price was pretty high due to the season (Feria de Sevilla). Didn't go there for the sights, but location is good enough.

Lovely good size room, comfortable beds, really clean, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Location was slightly out of town centre but with a bus stop a short walk from the hotel that offered a regular service.

Building work meant the pool was closed and construction noise during the day.

The hotel was in an excellent location away from the main hustle of the city, but close enough to walk to. The room was quiet and had everything you would need and a few extras.

There as only one option for breakfast, which was a bit expensive if you only want a coffee and toast. But good value if you wanted more.

Raquel in the bar was very attentive and friendly

we didn´t have breakfast, thought it was expensive the wi-fi kept dropping out too, but this was just after the country-wide power outage.

The house keeping was top notch, staff was extremely helpful. The hotel facilities were maintained well.

The cups in the room were disposable and it's not the same having a cup of tea in a disposable cup

Swimming pool was not in use,on the first morning the breakfast order was taken for my wife but then the waitress walked away without taking my order!

Personal is amazing. Carlos, the youngest front desk officer is generous in his time explaining, recommending and navigating in the city.

All was good.

Very comfortable! I can tell they do it up nice for tourists. And Cristina from the front desk will go out of her way to provide recommendations in case it isn’t your first rodeo in Sevilla.

It’s a bit far from the Centro. About 35 minutes to walk
