Excellent daily hot breakfast but could use some fruit variety besides bananas, red apples, and oranges, such as berries or melon. Excellent staff. Pillows were a little too big for my particular spine issues, but I brought my own. Very clean and new facilities. Decent printer access, great a/c, and quiet rooms.

Housekeepers come every other day, but sometimes missed or missed an item…such as making beds, replacing shampoo/conditioner/lotion/toilet paper. These were addressed quickly by staff. It would be helpful if they had a business center computer for guests to use and in-room safes.

It felt like we were amazed . It seemed everyone was so friendly it was hard to believe. Many astonished at the level of joy that was falling from not only the staff but the patrons and all involved. the level of service was probably better than even the better Hamptons and there are some good ones but baby go to Nashua NH and stay here and you will get what you think you hoped for which is more than most of us could have had otherwise. I wish I were there now. But I am afraid some may not share our affection for this special place and that makes me sad.

The little room in the corner near the ice machine turned out to be a laundry. We were disappointed that such a cool little spot was used for something so mundane it would have been cool if it were a cafe or cheese shop or perhaps even a book club meeting place.

staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool was amazing only wish it was slightly warmer also pool was open till 11pm which was great for after the kids went to bed, the breakfast was amazing. and the rooms were a good size, check in was easy and smooth

in the back lot the walk way was uneven and bricks were not in properly and my mother fell, thankfully. just skinned her hands and knees.

The fact that the ice machines didn't work, when the day time temp is 102 with a heat index of 108+ is a failure. I was told they were not working for weeks.

The room was lovely, and the breakfast was great! The staff here has always been the best of any place we have ever stayed. Excellent.

It looks like some of the carpets in common areas are a little loose, may cause someone to slip. I think that was all I noticed.

The kids really enjoyed the pool. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the fridge was clean.

The flooring was a little dated and needed a good scrubbing. Staff did charge both of my cards even though I specifically told them that I was using a different card then what I reserved the room with.

There was a mix up with our booking and the hotel went above and beyond to resolve the problem which included a room upgrade. Very helpful and competent staff.

Tea and coffee facilities in the foyer near the lifts which was great but they were also used for breakfast and consequently not within the dining area. Not too far away but unusual.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was extremely nice.

I had booked a room with 2 queen beds but I had 1 king bed. Fortunately the bed was plenty big enough, but disappointing because I was traveling with a friend. I slept okay but would have slept better in my own bed.

I had stayed there previously and was very happy with it. The beds were comfortable and the environment quiet. it’s the first time I utilized the breakfast and I found it satisfying. The pool was a comfortable temperature and my son thoroughly enjoyed it.

I wish it was a bit close to my daughter and SIL but that is definitely not the fault of the hotel…my daughter moved just a bit further away but all very much okay.
