The motel establishment was in a very nice location and the room had all the amenities that you would hope for. It had comfortable beds, nearly new TV, working fridge, microwave, with coffee maker, and coffee supplies. They take great care of their property. I cannot have been happier booking with them .

I was very pleased with housekeeping and the efficiency that they took care of our room. The people were pleasant and available should we have needed them.

We booked a room with two queen beds but were given a room two two double which didnt work for us really. The other thing was that is was a no smoking room and it was very much smoked in, it was awful. We opened the window and bought a candle to sleep there the first night...it was awful

the view from the motel was amazing. The room was well ventilated. The owner/receptionist was very friendly. even though i booked a standard room, he upgraded me to a premium room with a great view of the river.

A great place to sleep . Right on the Grand River . Close to downtown Dunnville. Was here for the night on business. Will stay here again .

Even though the sign says "non smoking" room- you can tell it was a smoking room I'm the past- its hard to get rid of that smell.

It suited our needs for the time

I did not get a good night sleep as I found the pillow to soft and the beds were kinda lumpy/

We stayed at the Riverview twice over a period of a few days, the room with the big window and view of the river was excellent! Very nice owner and check in process was very easy

clean comfortable the staff were lovely and the location by the Grand river near other amenities also is great. they have a fire pit at the back and can have bbq also.
