The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room and building in general were very clean.

I received a welcome email a day before check-in which listed the hours of the restaurant located within the hotel. I was surprised but pleased that it would be open given that it was Christmas Day, and most places would be closed. When we arrived, we saw that the restaurant was closed and would be for approximately two weeks. I understand that the email is an automatic send, but it wouldn't have been difficult to adjust it to advise of the closure. There was also a prominently displayed room service menu on the desk in the room, which could maybe have been left out of the room preparation during the closure period.

We booked here as they offer complimentary parking. Nice rooms, friendly staff, and decent rate.

Our room felt too warm, despite having the fan on high and cool. The system is likely too old, as is the entire building. It's in good condition, but has an old musty smell to it; though not a deal breaker. Hopefully they turn on the a/c soon to properly cool the rooms as I was too hot all night.

Best part about the place are the in-suite spa bathtubs. This was a very fun option for the rooms, they are lovely and relaxing.

Breakfast was the only item that was a little below expectations, we couldn't really find the breakfast options at the hotel. But that could easily have been our own fault. Hotel should consider investing in Netflix or another streaming service for the TVs.

I like the room and area the hotel is in.

I didn't like that the toilet was clogged when my daughter went to use it. But the front desk clerk let me use the plunger problem solved. Next morning we to eat breakfast at 10:30am at the restaurant downstairs in the lobby. But the servre said the Chief was finished cooking breakfast. I saw it said breakfast was served until 11am. So my daughter and I went across the street to Tim Hortons.

Cleaning lady helped me with a problem I had with my dress. Staff member on the first floor brought me up a coffee. Impressed with your personnel. Beautiful building.

Only wanted an order of toast. Not permitted. Had to buy a breakfast that included egg, bacon and hash browns.

We stay here often to visit my daughter and grandkids. It’s consistently fabulous ! The staff are awesome and the pool is incredible. It’s always open and warm . My granddaughter LOVES swimming with me there. the rooms are very clean . It’s definitely our go to hotel.

The room sizes were good clean on arrival near to the beaches

All was great and I would have given it an excellent but room didn't have the bins emptied or sheet or towels changed in the 5 days we were there.

We didn't have breakfast--we didn't know we could have it. It would have been made our stay nicer... location of the hotel was great and staff told us about the Thai restaurant on the waterfront.. Excellent!

Not as nice as the room we stayed in the week before--not as much room. But the first room (612) was exceptional.
