WiFi almost doesn’t work around the hotel , main swimming pool wasn’t clean enough at the edges

Food service needs to be improved. Not enjoyable and preferable. Daily bottle of water and cleaning service are not provided. Bottle of water is provided only on arrival day, then the guest needs to purchase water from their beverage shops every day if needed. Standard rooms are not comfortable. They are located in the back side of the premise and without window to open. At standard room, you need to open the glass door to get air. And it is inconvenient and uncomfortable to sleep or live in such room while having full glass door open. Everyone passing by can see the room. In the evenings, it is needed to use phone flash to find and open the door in the dark. Besides above, standard room is too small to live and move in. You may prefer deluxe room (at white houses on photos) which is much better than standard room option even if you are solo traveller. The hotel can be good option only if you need just beach, pools for your stay and good location which is beachfront and close to shopping mall - Kusadasi AVM. No any entertainment for the guests and children in the evening

Staff very unfriendly and incompetent: I arrived at 12:45, check in was supposed to be 14:00. The staff at reception did not speak English, could not find my reservation, and just let me wait. I had a printout from my booking, still they could not find it. After 45 minutes sitting and waiting in the reception, I asked if there is a problem. They said that they are cleaning the room and that I did not pay for early check-in. This was around 13:30. When I asked if they could find out when the room will be ready, they said no. Finally, short time after 14:00 they told me that the room is ready and that I have to pay. I explained again that it was already paid. The next day, the reception called me and told me that I have to come to the reception to pay, when I arrived at the reception nobody came forward to tell me who phoned. A lady (the first one who spoke English) told me that she knows that all was paid. I asked again who called - no answer. COVID-19 measures were almost not existent. Almost no staff was wearing masks, no disinfectants on the tables. Food was a bit ridiculous, e.g. pasta with cream sauce was literally pasta with cream on top. hardly any choice

everything i don’t like .. first thing the staff was very very bery bad .. and i book the room with sea view and they give me last room and verybad view(garbage view) and when i ask view they tell pay extra! for big room ! even the bad verybad and the sheet old !! and the bathroom verybad smell!! and the ac very noise voice and room very small and many mosquito.. i give this hotel 1 star rate..

First I have to say: I read a lot of reviews mentioning that this place (rooms and beds) would be dirty - I can not confirm this experience. I had booked two rooms (for me and my family) and they were all clean. The hotel is directly at the beach - awesome! There is also an Aqua Park which is part of the hotel and very entertaining. Two big pools and many slides. Food was inclusive and always a lot. All the food is delicious and Turkish style. A mall (AVM) is pretty close (less than 10 minutes walk).

There was an odor in the whole room. It was reported to the reception and they sent someone to fix the drain. It turned out the smell was actually from the air condition and wouldn't be fixed. In general I do not understand why this beautiful place is not maintained correctly and kept in shape. E.g. it was not dirty but there was a lot of chalk around the bathroom fittings and the hoses were leaking - this all doesn't leave a good impression, especially as this is not a cheap hotel. I also have to say there was only one staff member working at the reception desk who left a really professional impression. She was smiling (good attitude when you work in a hotel) and knew and understood what she was doing. Unfortunately, most other reception staff often seemed not focussed on understanding or even solving the guests's inquiries.

Wifi was not strong/reliable in my room. Often, the connection was just interrupted. Wifi was far better in my 2nd room which was closer to the reception. In general I do not understand why this beautiful place is not maintained correctly and kept in shape.
