The hotel was beautiful. the pool. the beach. the bars. the food wasn’t the best , nothing I’d usually eat but then I’m not in my own country. it was always clean and re stocked, brilliant service! the bars where good with the local drinks. the staff were very attentive and polite. The animation team were a great laugh and very nice, a big thanks to Casper, Marcello, dj, and Bianca for making our holiday fun! … apologies if I missed anyone!! we did jet ski and speed boat with ab sailing it was great fun! definitely will be going back as soon as possible haha!!

my room was a great location so I didn’t want to be moved but our door key failed every single time to enter it was a pain to have to go to reception or call reception from next door in my mums room to ask for another key! (it was NOT next to my mobile phone)

Air con worked well in the heat, nice to have, snacks, ice creams,cakes in between meals if wanted. Excellent choice of desserts and salads Fresh bread was just beautiful We would definitely stay again I thought it was good value for money

More choice for main course for lunch and dinner Struggled sometimes to get a table in the restaurant and table cloths not always clean Pool area was always packed full and not much room to walk a good idea would be to utilise the grass area and have it as an "adult" only zone for peace and quiet

There was a huge variety of foods. I loved the fresh salads and fruit. I wasn't to familiar with some of the hot dishes but that was fine. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless clean the bed was huge and most of all great pillows . The entertainment staff were excellent A good location

My husband couldn't have dairy and there was no dairy free option at the hotel which I thought was strange. Free WiFi did not work well in the room.

Ozzy who works at the shop inside the hotel is friendly and very helpful!
