The hotel was very central to lots of different areas, easy walking distance to many places. Lots of shops and great Turkish 24hr restaurant across the street. The hotel staff (two men at reception) were so helpful, extremely pleasant and made us feel very comfortable and safe throughout our stay. We had a stay of 5 days the staff remembered us throughout the whole stay, greeting us, asking what we had got up to, recommending places to go etc. Anything we asked of them, was sorted out no problem. Ihan the receptionist spoke excellent English and was so friendly. Breakfast was lovely! Traditional Turkish breakfast that was fresh and tasty. Rooms were extremely clean and tidy. (Interior was quite dated in bathrooms, but all was very clean and fully usuable). Great Aircon, big enough balcony and very affordable. Budget hotel, but extremely clean and very good customer service. I would definitely come back to this hotel, and recommend to others.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed yet peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we asked. Every detail was thought out to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway, and I can’t wait to come back!

The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was ok. The room was spacious and nice. Location is a also good, just a few minutes walk to the bayside. But about 10-15 minutes walk to the central bus station.

At my room on the 1st floor, the wifi unfortunately was 1 bar to none. So I just used my wifi instead. Other than that, I had a great stay.

It was near the bus and bazar, and beach The manager was very nice, speaks very good english, and he did took us to the bus station, when leaving

The breakfast was served by a staff person by portion. We did not understood this habit No wifi în the room, only in lobby was possible to connect

Perfect services , room was very clean and really nice and the host is very friendly and helpful . He helped me plan my itinerary and even told me the numbers of the buses to catch and thanks to his help my plan for Kusadasi proceeded seamlessly without any problems .

We didn’t stay for long. But it was a really good budget hotel. The staff were so cheerful, friendly and helpful even at 3 in the morning when we arrived. The location is excellent. The rooms and basic but have everything you need. We only stayed one night while he transferred between locations.

Ayhan and all the staff at the Dias Hotel go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one, I think that is why many guests return to the Dias year after year I most certainly will do.

clean, comfortable, perfect location and the best owners and staff made me feel part of the family.

Pool is tiny, but go and pay to use a bigger one in nearby hotels- or use the beach.

Staff were lovely and excellent value for money.

WiFi didn’t reach the room which was a killer for me as I was on a solo holiday 🦷
