Very clean hotel and very good location. It’s located in the city center and there is everything you need just you need to step out of the hotel. The breakfast was good with nice sea view. The house keeping lady every single day changed our towels, cleaned our room and gave us water bottles and was super positive all the time even if she didn’t know to speek English.

The lady waiter on the breakfast was strict, every time we asked for something she had nervous reaction unlike the other employees which were super positive and welcoming all the time with smile on their face giving us positive energy.

Best location, sea view, terrace… Excellent breakfast. I recommend this hotel

Weak WiFi. Our room on the 1st floor was very noisy. The waitress in the restaurant could be more lovely

Perfect location (beach, restaurants, shops, taxi and minibus stops), clean space, decent breakfast (covering also vegetarian and vegan options, but not special diets such as gluten free), great restaurant, nice and helpful personnel. Room - Decent space (smaller than expected, but decent for a good sleep), clean, equipped with everything that a 4* hotel is supposed to offer. Nice and long walking area, across the street. Large variety of bars and restaurants in the vicinity, covering all tastes and needs (fast food, a la carte, Starbucks, cake shops, ...).

Location is superb. The staff are all so nice. Special mention to Ali an absolute gent, a problem server.. The attached restaurant is amazing with exquisite food. Make sure to eat here not only for the taste but also the prices. If you want space and views go for the deluxe with sea view, outstanding.

The small rooms (e.g. 201) are really tiny and not suitable for 2 people. However, Ali moved us to a larger room next day. He then helped us upgrade to a deluxe when it became available. He made sure our experience was positive.

I accidentally booked a room with two separate beds instead of a double bed. It was entirely my own mistake, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure we still got a double bed. Recep was incredibly kind, as were all the staff in the lobby. Even the cleaners were super friendly, and would press the elevator button for you if they saw you coming. The location is fantastic too, making it an all-around great hotel experience.

Maybe some more light in the shower would be nice, but can't complain as everything was so good.

Hotel was clean & tidy and room was good size but bathroom could have been slightly larger otherwise we were happy. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of foods available for all tastse and was held up on the 6th floor so had lovely view of kusadasi while eating breakfast.

Nothing really comes to mind as only staying one night but I would say its a good stop off point for anyone just wanting a nice clean and reasonably priced hotel for a couple of nights. Would recommend hotel to anyone and would probably use again if back in Kusadasi.

Great location for looking around the city. Great variety of breakfast material on the beautiful rooftop veranda. Room spacious enough and the bed was comfortable.

Rooms need a bit of updating. Always having to ask for English breakfast tea and other tea making materials in the room. But this is fairly standard for anywhere not in the UK. A really minor point, but important, but it would be useful to have ‘do not disturb’ signs to put on the outside of the door so room service don’t disturb you.

Location is very good.. the only reason we chose this hotel was it's location and we are totally satisfied with it..amazing breakfast..many options..d restaurant is also sea-view..we had an early morning check-out and they gave us breakfast packets..room was cozy and warm..ours were a sea-view room so from balcony we were enjoying d beautiful sea and d beautiful city of Kusadasi

We stayed there for two nights..it was raining during d first day and d rain water was coming from d balcony making d carpet near d balcony wet😐..when we informed d staffs they put towels..we felt the bed was pretty small for two people..we stayed for two nights so we did not face much problem but if d stay is longer and it rains there can be a problem..d mini bar was empty

Misunderstanding with one receptionist who told me I could go to the central bus station by dolmuc but there were none as it was early so I had to go back to the hotel to ask for a taxi (quite stressful as my plane was in Izmir) Maybe display the activities more in a corner of the reception

the staff were extremely helpful, kind and professional. Ali, Ramazan and others which I do not recall their names, went even extra mile, managed my next route transport, managed for my two days stay, the best daily tours with really fair cost, thanks to Ali’s help, I could visit Pamukkale and Ephesius. I will definitely book my next route with their tour guide. Ali, thanks my man for all your help. Truly appreciate it. By the way, Ilayda Hotel had the best breakfast, honestly, prior to Ilayda, I stayed at three other hotels, and I can easily say that Hotel Ilaydas breakfast had at least twice different varieties of healthy choices.
