We were so well taken care of by the staff. We stayed in a King Suite - some of these are full seaview, but some are only partial (Booking.com error, not the hotel). As we had a partial seaview we asked if there were any seaview rooms available, happy if it was just a double given the value of the hotel and a view was our priority! The staff were fantastic and found us the best suite with seaview the next day. Additionally, although the hotel is a bit tired, it is very well taken care of, clean and overall service of the staff is excellent. The pool area in particular is lovely. Would happily return.

Some areas are tired, but not that bad - given how good everything else is we didn't find it an issue. A bit of a steep walk up from the marina if that's an issue for some.

We booked a Seaview room.and couldn't have wished for a better view, Overlooking the entire bay ,, All of the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful., and the rooms were clean and comfortable , The outdoor pool and bar area was also fabulous ,

The choice of food for breakfast was huge , but most of the cooked choices weren't to my taste ,however I still managed to find something everyday that was nice and suited me if not healthier so no complaint , just a minor individual self preference, , In our room the tall free standing standard lamp was the main lighting but it was very wobbly at the base and was a little worried about it falling over but it served its purpose, Apart from that everything else was fabulous

The main attraction of the hotel,is the wonderful views from the sea view bedrooms

The property is up a very steep hill (are as many in Kusadasi) being a bit older this did pose a problem which was solved by using taxis when returning to the hotel after an evening out. Nothing in the hotel to encourage you to stay there of an evening. As previously commented on last year, the number of cats both inside and outside the dining room are a problem. You cannot leave your plate unattended for a second before one is up on the chair trying to get at the food. I am an animal lover but find this very disturbing when trying to enjoy my food.

The staff were absolutely amazing, every single one if them especially Filiz and her young bar maid in the pool bar. Reception fabulous too. Views amazing from room balcony. The hotel should be so proud of the staff and their work ethic. We felt so so welcome 🤗

The hotel was lovely but bedrooms a bit dated and need redecorated. Breakfast amazing but had a few bar snacks and quality not great. This didn't stop us from having an amazing time though.

Excellent and friendly staff. Toprak was amazing, went out of his way, very professionally and always with a smile on his face, he cared for me like I was someone special. He arranged tours for us and even followed up on them, even on his morning off work he came to see if we where enjoying ourselfs. This is our regular hotel whilst visiting Kusadasi. We have stayed here on a number of occasions and always found it pleasant and friendly. What makes the hotel for us is the staff they are always so helpful from the front desk to the catering staff nothing is ever a problem. Looking forward to returning in September. Thanks guys we had a ball as always 👍🏻

The staff

The hotel was basic but spotlessly clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.My bedroom was at the front do I had a beautiful view down towards Kusadasi. Also the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is located on quite a steep hill. However taxis are available and very cheap so I used the taxis especially when returning at night.

Beautiful location, staff are very helpful and friendly. The views from the sea view room are amazing. I stayed here with my whole family and everyone was very pleased at the hospitality.

The food at breakfast buffet was inedible, not safe for consumption level of cheap. I would highly recommend you avoid the breakfast. Also the rooms were unfortunately dirty, dirty towels, bathrooms etc. Such a shame as everything else in the hotel is so lovely.

The view from the sea view facing rooms is breathtaking, it’s on a hill but within walking distance from main bars, shops and restaurants this is our second time staying here and I’ll be back again

No toast, too many cats around the hotel and rooms could do with new flooring and suite rooms being painted

Nice and comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is kept very clean and the pool is a good decent size. Pool water is very clean and there is a small bar area attached which is nice. Thankfully the hotel wasn't overly busy when I visited so it was always easy to get a sun lounger. You could order food from the restaurant at any time which was very handy.

Hotel itself is located on a very steep hill, so may not be suitable for people with mobility problems. Pool area tends to start blasting Middle Eastern pop music through their speakers from right after breakfast finishes through until evening time. Some music playing is fine but there was no need for it to be so loud in my opinion.
