Good for families with children Very kind and helpful staff everywhere. Comfortable and clean room. Acceptable quality of food and fruit with good variety and generosity. Good entertainment programs at night.

Staff - the majority of staff from the security guards to reception to housekeeping to animation to restaurant and bar - were welcoming and friendly. Food - plenty choice and delicious!

Disappointing Gym - we had seen photos on other sites and we were expecting more. The "gym" consisted of a few running machines only ( no weights or anything else ) in a narrow room. Beach - we took the free shuttle to the "beach", however this turned out to be a 'beach club', basically a bar and a decking area built on rocks by the sea, only accessible by quite a few flights of stairs.

The hotel was modern and well maintained. Good beds/pillows and clean sheets. Communal areas were well kept and constantly cleaned. Staff were very pleasant and always willing to help. Front Desk Manage Tolga, was exceptional and extremely helpful, good Customer relationship and the hotel is very lucky to have him. Social Event teams work very hard Evening shows are reasonable good., Take mini bus no.5 flagged from outside the hotel for a 15TL ride into town ( 15mins)as compared to 150TL for a taxi. From there you can get another minibus( dolmus) to Selcuk (for Ephesus) for 50TL( 35mins) Ladies back is a 20min walk form hotel although the hotel has a bookable shuttle.

Food was a bit repetitive. Meat stews were always good. Fish dishes were terrible and tasteless and always seem to be from frozen. Sweets were same/same and nothing exciting---no baclava in Turkey??? Beer/wine was acceptable but cocktails were same lurid taste.

We liked the friendliness of all the staff. Always went over and above to ensure our satisfaction. The food was excellent with so much choice and so much of it throughout each day. The animation team brought so much more life to the place and getting everyone together was great.

The only downfall was the gym to be honest. I know most might not use it but the facilities in there was disappointing.

The staff from the reception to the restaurant staff and entertainment staff really couldn't do enough for you. They were so helpful and supportive. Tugba in the restaurant was amazing, every morning she would get my tea for me without me asking. Deril in the entertainment staff is a breath of fresh air. She is so happy and positive and has time for everyone. The waiters were always there to help. Rooms were always cleaned well. Food was great. I had an amazing time and will be back.

Nothing I didn't like apart from when it was time to go home

I went with my 3 year old they were absolutely fantastic with him he was always entertained, food was amazing exceeded the normal all inclusive food. All staff super helpful!

Beds weren’t as comfortable as you would like and walls paper thin so if you have a noisy neighbour this could be a problem although staff will ask them to be quiet if you complain

We had all inclusive all meals were catered for. Staff were amazing, pool area clean and tidy. Rooms cleaned every day. Towels and linen changes several times a week

The booking of beds around the pool at 6 am in the morning. When we arrived initially we didn’t expect this subsequently we couldn’t get a lounger and had to go to the beach by taxi and rent loungers

the walls were paper thin and you only got 1 key so we couldn't leave 1 in the room for the air con

The location is very good just 10 minutes' drive to the downtown. the area is very quiet, and the hotel was providing a shuttle to the beach. The hotel was all inclusive. The food was tasty. I want to thank all the reception staff for helping us,2 of our bags was missing in the airport. All of them were calling the airport several times a day. i don't remember their names but thank you for your help. Amazing group.

nothing from the hotel. i will definitely stay again in palmin. we didnt enjoy our stay due to our missing luggage.

Pools were really nice and close proximity to ladies beach

Food was only alright although all inclusive we ate out for dinner every night however due to the price paid that was acceptable
