My favourite part about my stay at silver tower was everyone of the staff members hospitality was unbelievable they couldn’t do enough to help us on the 3rd night of our holiday my son fell sick and the amazing man on reception agit arranged a taxi to take us to the hospital and when we returned he also went to the pharmacy to collect my sons medication for us, every one of the staff including yousef were amazing the rooms were perfect and they made sure we were provided with every thing we needed I have not one bad thing to say about our stay and this will definitely be the only hotel I stay at on my return to kusadasi silver tower was amazing!!! Also sunset view from our baloney every evening between 6-7 pm which was beautiful I cannot wait to come back and stay again thanks to all the staff!! Also may I add to my review we were upgraded our room upon arrival by the staff which was amazing

By far the best hotel in Kusadasi, I have already tested several hotels in the area and the Silver Tower is by far the best of all the flats are very large and spacious and the view of the sea is very nice but I was particularly impressed by the staff from reception to housekeeping, everything was perfect. The infinity pool on the roof is also unique in the area. I can only recommend this accommodation to anyone, even the check in was possible two hours earlier free of charge here customer satisfaction is written in capital letters. The room was perfect very spacious, looks exactly like the picture and very clean. Pool on the roof is a great feature. Air con worked well. The best feature of the place was the staff, they were so friendly, nice and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for you.

The only thing that would need to be highlighted for those with mobility issues would be it is on top of a very steep hill, this was not a problem for us. But kusadasi itself is full of big hills.

The gentleman who checked us in was professional and very supportive. 24h someone was present to take care of us in case we needed something. Clean bed sheets and fresh towels, comfortable double bed, not hard not soft just the right comfort :) Working shower, the shower wall hanger was broken and on request it was fixed in within 5 minutes. Iron and ironing table was provided on request. Washing machine was available in the cellar which helped us a lot. small cozy balcony where we could sit in the evenings and enjoy the sea view with beers. The pool on the roof top added a lot of pleasure to our stay, the pool was clean, the right size and with controlled pH water. We loved the breakfast, traditional Turkish and continental mix. Parking at the property was available. Beach was only 5 minutes by walk. Very friendly staff, I will definitely book again and hopefully very soon.

First of all, hotel staff is very friendly and trying their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Room was pretty good, it has everything you need to stay and feel comfortable, even if you're not planning on leaving it during all your stay. The breakfast was tasty, even though there's only one variation of it In 2 minutes of walking you can get on the bus that takes you directly to the city center, and in 5 minutes of walking you can get to the beach (which wasn't really handful during my winter stay, but still pretty nice)

One of the not many things that were not to my liking was a TV, 99% of the channels are in Turkish and there were no option for browsing the internet. But it's not a very big problem if you're not staying in the room 24/7

The location was nice, enough of the way out of the centre so that you escaped the noise, but close enough it only cost a little to taxi to centrum and was walkable to the beach. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with enough facilities.

The shower in the room was broken, when you turned it on the water shot out of the bottom where it fixed together. The curtains did not completely cover the window therefore light came streaming in when the sun came up.

Nice apart-hotel with a sea view and own pool. Very friendly receptionists. Great choice for small and big families having a vacation.

The hotel is located on the hill wheres so hard to go up.

The location was lovely. Quiet and peaceful but good access to beach and town. Views from the rooftop pool are spectacular. Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.

Room was very nice, like and a swimming pool with a beautiful view on see and town. People are very caind and they always wanted to help as, was that information or calling taxi, simply you culd feel and see that they want to help you in every way.

Peets are not allowed 😒😒

The customer service was fantastic and very helpful. The location suited us well, because we had a rental and it was a simple sleeper for us.

There are areas of improvement, e.g. the kitchen. But like we said, for our purpose, it was good enough.
