Loved waking up every morning going for breakfast at the restaurant with my kids then going for a swim the pool was great for the kids during the day. My autistic son was well taken care of by the staff they went above and beyond for him while at le bleu. If I missed the cleaning staff they would make sure to take my room number and call back to change the towels and sheets for us. We loved the entertainment staff they included my children in there performances each night. Even coming home late in the night they made sure we had a snack and some drinks before going to bed. Absolutely amazing service all round. We will be back next year and looking forward to it

Air conditioning could do with a hoovering it made us very stuffy and sneeze a lot and bathroom could have been wiped down upon each clean otherwise 100 percent

The staff were exceptionally helpful and genuinely nice. I would like to particularly mention Suna from reception, who was always happy to help and at the same time professional and caring and gave us advice regarding trips which minibus to take and arrange our taxis . I would give her 10/10 for her service. Aynur from Client Relations also gave us great advice and booked some fantastic sightseeing trips to places and also boat trips. Hasan made our stay memorable by taking great photos. The hotel has some incredible views and lots of areas. I could relax and enjoy watching sunset while I have my coffee. Bar team members are also lovely and always happy to help. There is a separate area for adults (if you wish), which was fantastic.

I times i thought food could be better, especially offering healthier smoothies for breakfast would make my stay better. I found it difficult as there were no healthier options or fruit/herbal drinks/teas available.

Room was beautiful. Loved the pier for relaxation. Loved each area of the hotel catered for different groups including pool for children and music, adults only pool and the pier where we spent all of our time.

Felt the meals were a little repetitive. Would of enjoyed some light music in the evening in the lobby bar. The had a singer one of the evenings we stayed and she was exceptional. She catered for all nationalities at the hotel which was amazing to see everyone together having fun. So more of this please!

The animation team is great, had lots of fun with the variety of activities that they plan throughout the day. It is nice to have one pool with activities and another isolated for relaxation. The bedroom is spacious.

The hotel needs to do something regarding people reserving the sunbed with their towels. If you went to any swimming pool or to the beach after 8AM, all sunbeds were already "occupied" with the towel. However, no one was actually there for the majority of the day. They would just book it, and not show up, go somewhere, etc. We observed every single day people booking a sunbed at 7/7:30 am and then disappearing, coming back at like 11:30, for half an hour, and then leaving again at 12:00 for lunch. It's unacceptable that you can not have a sunbed, because people just book them without actually using it.

This was my 3rd time to stay in le bleu, it has many areas to relax and chill ,find it very relaxing on the peir, staff can't help you enough, there is something for everybody in le bleu, Turkish bath and massage really good 👌. My wife really enjoyed getting her hair washed and blow dry in hair dressers on the ground really 2 beautiful people who work there, Rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels every day 🙌

Hotel Staff were absolutely so friendly could not do enough for us. Mehmet the reception manager was a true gentleman & was extremely helpful. Big shout out to Elein in reception always behind the desk with a Good Morning & our towels ready for the pool. Bar Staff also very good in bringing the drinks down to the tables for us.

Stayed with family for a week in August 2023. In general, we liked it much, the hotel met our expectations, price value is good. More detailed: it is more family concept hotel. is not a 5 star hotel, 4 stars max. Taking into account the economic situation in Turkiye it is understandable. The facilities were really good, but they had to cut in quality of services. F.e, food quality/diversity was good, but could be better. Or sauna is not free. The location is nice, the hotel has two private beaches, two pools, plus one for kids. Animation team for kids was very nice, cleaning service was really good, also staff of the hotel was helpful and friendly. The hotel has stunning views in sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed our stay, thanks.

Not so much important issues to complain about. The fitness room needs renovation, most of equipment was in poor condition. The quality of alcoholic drinks was average. High quality alcohol was extra. However, barmen at snack bar called Mert was a nice person and did his best. The issue of occupation of sunbeds with towels by people not appearing for hours also raised by many guests is not nice, and management needs to smthing with that. Water activities were overpriced. The noise from neighbouring hotel's disco was annoying, however it has nothing to do with management.

They have 2 pools, adults only in one, and kids in the other. Value for money was brilliant. Food was great loads of options, all Mediterranean cuisine. Definitely worth booking a Seaview room, the sunset is so beautiful. Will return again.

Bathroom in hotel room could have been cleaner, shower was mouldy, and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Rooms are clean and tidy. What you see on app is what you get when you're there. Extremely classy hotel. The food variety and taste was excellent. Specially the desserts. We had dinner included in our package so thoroughly enjoyed the meal. View from our balcony was the sea. Mesmerizing view. Pure blue sea. Just loved it especially in the morning.

Location of the hotel is a bit far out from city center. It can be a problem if you don't have travel pre booked and are relying on public transport or local cabs. The rooms are small in size (already can be seen in the app while booking the rooms). Two incidents that were a bit off - 1. In the morning around 8am we called up reception to ask for 2 bottles of drinking water, and they replied saying will be provided after 10 am. (not sure if they misheard and thought we are asking for room service or room clean up but we were bit surprised. Normal drinking water is what we had asked for) 2. The main head shower was not functioning properly, entire water was flowing through just one side and not spread as is the case with normal showers. We had to use the hand shower instead.
