The Ozgun Apart hotel was a small family run hotel. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming as I travelled alone I was made feel well looked after and safe. The hotel was a 1 minute walk to the beach, I requested a high floor and was given the forth floor corner apartment with beautiful views of the sea, it also meant I could watch the night time full moon and beautiful sunset from my balcony. The apartment included a full kitchen table to sit 4, large bathroom and a double and 2 single beds. The kitchen window has mosquito cover and sliding balcony door has net curtains so it is great for airflow and to let the sea breeze blow through the apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for self catering. Some washing liquid, sponge, hand and shower gel dispensers were provided. The supermarket is 10 sec walk away at the end of the road. The hotel was very quiet and well kept with beautiful flowers all over the front of the seating area downstairs. Water and soft drinks are available to buy very cheaply at reception, saving you from carrying large containers. I was very pleased with my stay here.

Sometimes it was difficult to regulate the shower temperature, but there was always a supply of hot water.

The staff, who I think is a family running this hotel, was very nice and friendly, always willing to help and provide information. They also helped me with communicating with my shuttle. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, everything was clean and tidy when I got there. This hotel is in a super location, 2 min away from Ladies beach, surrounded by restaurants, cafés and there is a supermarket in front of the street of the hotel

When you take a shower the bathroom gets flooded, which is very uncomfortable as you have to mop every time you shower. Maybe they can install a shower cabin to avoid the water coming out. You could also hear everything your neighbors from other rooms are doing, including moving furniture, conversations and even when they have sex 😅 else, with earplugs should be ok

Location was great, realy close to the beach and beautiful view of the sunset every evening. The staff/management were always on hand to help with your requests. It's not a flashy apt/hotel but it's comfortable.

Small things that would make a difference, The lighting in the rooms isn't great also you will need extension leads very few sockets If you have to charge your phone etc. A microwave and a toaster wloul make it wonderful Oh and the pool should be open later than 6 pm

The location is fantastic. We had a apartment on the top floor with great views of ladies beach. Although the kitchen and bathroom were a bit dated the room itself was lovely.

The shower had very poor pressure and did not get very warm. There was a little mix up in that I messaged prior to arriving to book an airport transfer from the hotel at a certain time and they had agreed to this. I double checked the night before our flight only to find out it was a shuttle being offered from the bus station and I would have to get a taxi to the bus station myself. The shuttle was also leaving 30 minutes later than had been agreed. It turns out with internal flights at Izmir airport the recommended 2 hours isn't actually necessary so it did work out fine for us in the end. This is simply a communication error due to different languages but i just wanted to make others aware.

As an apart hotel was nice but it is not very interesting to stay there. It is typical a beach apartment with a small corner for kitchen and a dining table. It seems to be a family business. The staff was trying to be very kind and help.

Breakfast was very limited. They bring you per person like they were doing during the pandemic time. It worth better to cook and eat in the room, but when you are on vacation you don't want to think about what yo cook, so we ended up eating breakfast somewhere else. Our wc was almost all the time in water because of the trap on the floor, something was wrong.

Good location, friendly staff, beautiful beach nearby, spacious flat, easy to park and good turkish breakfast.

We had problem with shower water. It was cold water coming. I do not mind cold shower, which I always do after sauna, but my wife felt uncomfortable and children did not shower there for that reason. Should be fix. Very nice people who manage that place, so it is not a complain, rather a suggestion. Thanks again to accommodating us.

The location was excellent on a quiet side street with a supermarket, ATMs, bus stop and taxi rank conveniently close; and the beach and restaurants were only a short stroll away. Staff were very helpful and always pleasant, the hotel lifts were very convenient, and the family-friendly atmosphere of the hotel made it feel like a home from home. The apartment was supplied with all the basics for cooking and cleaning, and the fridge/freezer was a more than ample size.

The hotel had a rooftop pool which was not in service during our stay. There was also an issue with water pressure to the shower but we adapted and this didn't diminish an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Great location by the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff (mainly the family that ran the place). Good breakfast. Extremely clean room and plenty of space. Mattresses comfortable. Not a luxury accommodation but more than adequate for the price.

You could hear the people in the next room through the bathroom walls.

Great location for ladies beach, with all its bars and restaurants. Dolbus bottom of the road, 15Tl into Kusadasi town. The Ozgun Apart Hotel itself is a little dated, but it's clean and comfortable with fresh linen and towels as needed, there's a rooftop solarium with swimming pool with a few loungers and the family that own are all friendly and helpfull, breakfast 8 till 10am continental style, although for 350tl you can get a cooked English, we never tried, all in all a great 2 weeks.

It is a perfect accommodation in Kusadasi! Two rather big rooms, clean kitchen with all the necessary equipment and an amazing, breathtaking seaview from the roof and balcony! Roof is an ideal location for observing sunsets, with comfortable armchairs and the radio, by the way)) It is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel to the Ladies beach, which is extremely comfortable. What is more, there is a Migros just in front of the hotel. The atmosphere inside is very warm and friendly, we felt like home! I highly recommend this place for stay.
