Great location, hill is very steep, staff were brilliant, no entertainment as it was start of season and during school time but pool area was lovely and kept very very clean, the food was very nice and very reasonably priced.

The hill leading to hotel would be very hard for someone with mobility issues and the beds are very very uncomfortable, rooms very basic, could do with updating. that being said it was a very pleasant stay

We stay for 10 days and mostly was everything very good. The staff is young, great and very pleasant. We had great relation. Animator Daniel is super kind and always ready for entertaining. The rooms are cleaned every day, and inside has enough space for family of 4 people. The outside area also is super interesting. The pool is great, and all other activities too.

The sofa bed can be more comfortable. Lack of equipment at apartment, dishes and cutlery just for 3 person. Towels are very old and ripped, even with holes on it. Breakfast was the same everyday for 10 days. Wi fi are available only on the loby and on the pool. Just because the hotel has 4 stars, these deficiency need to be eliminated.

The staff were all so friendly and they went beyond my expectations. The bar and restaurant has a fantastic menu with quality and well prepared food at very reasonable prices. There was always a sun lounger to sit on by the pool and Daniel who is in charge of the entertainment is such a genuinely nice, friendly and fun guy. He makes sure you feel welcomed and gets you involved in all the activities. It’s only a couple minute walk to the beach too which is very nice with lots of shops and restaurants.

The staff are amazing. Welcoming, friendly and do their utmost to help . We found the staff exceptional. We arrived after midnight and they ordered in pizza for us. We also lost keys and they were so quick to assist us. The hotel is basic but good location and very clean. It's only 4e to get a taxi to town. As a mum I loved the pool was so clean and the kids pool had a huge covering to keep the littlest in the shade.

No kids club or entertainment so you go into town most nights. You would stay at the hotel if there was some entertainment

The pool was big and clean and there was also a smaller one for kids. The staff was friendly and hospitalier. The food at the restaurant was very good and cheap. I highly recommend eating at their restaurant a la carte. The room is very big ( bedroom and living room, plus kitchinette). I higly recommend to book a room with a garden view, so you can see the playground and the pool area from the balcony. And it is more shadow. Also you can enjoy the shows from the hotel from your balcony The Ladies beach is 5 minutes and it has clear water and sandy bottom.

The hotel is 5 minutes from beach but it is situated on top of the hill and when you come back from the beach you have to climb a very big hill- exhausting. They take your AC remote control and you have to pay 6 euros/ day for air conditioning. We only had breakfast included but it was the same everyday ( a lot of cheese, omlette,olives and salami, milk and cereal) .the coffee is instant coffee - very bad. The sea view rooms are very hot and the view is not so great.

Me a my 2 boys 15 and 8 were always entertained , lovely pool and little market on site , entertainment every nite

Room are dated but clean , no WiFi in room but in lobby and at pool , was charged for aircon but as soon I went down and explained it was included in my booking they were happy to refund the 35e

Coming here for a third year in a row. First time was fantastic, but also, every other time I can find a serious complaint. They are doing very good job.

They lost their big private parking, but they helped me find a new place across the hotel. Thanks for that. No real complaint.

Really nice hotel, nice staff. Really friendly. We come really late, after midnight, meet us nice, friendly and fast. Breakfast in balcony is so nice. Enjoy view, breakfast was nice, enough choice to choose. Room is big and comfortable.

Only that there is no internet in the room, but you have free internet in lobby,restaurant and swimming pool

bed sofa was very uncomfortable but asked for mattress and they brought straight away
