We were absolutely thrilled with the apartment, the hosts, and the food. We arrived very late and the host welcomed us with such kindness that we immediately felt at home. They explained where the best beaches were, how to use public transport, and everything that might feel completely new and confusing to someone visiting for the first time. When our beach towels got stolen, they generously let us use theirs. Since we did not take our phones to the beach, the host even drew a map on paper showing us how to get to a specific beach. Every day they greeted us with a smile, always approachable and ready to help with any problem. When my boyfriend needed medical assistance, they called a vehicle for us and helped us find our way, which meant a lot. The breakfast was wonderful, a true Mediterranean spread that kept us full for the whole morning. We kept all our valuables in the safe, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was amazing, we had our own kitchen, always hot water in the bathroom, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi in our room was a bit weak, but it did not bother us because we spent most of our time outside. The sheets and towels were changed regularly and the trash was taken out every day. We really appreciated how attentive the hosts were to every guest, always available for a chat and ready to help. You really feel welcome, as if you are among friends. I was thrilled and I am sure we will return next year. At first I could not believe an apartment could have such a high rating on Booking, but now I understand why. This was our favourite spot of our Turkey trip. Mehmet and his brothers treated us like family, and their lovely apartment hotel was so nice. Not too posh, just comfortable . Excellent value for the room and amenities. It's a five-minute stroll to the beach with many great eating and drinking spots and incredible sunsets. Breakfast on site was homemade deliciousness with many choices, or have it all! And their pool and bar area was a super place to while away an afternoon. They gave us great advice about local tours and places of interest (Ephesus, Pamukkale, walk to Kusadasi Castle), and even provided an early breakfast when we had a tour pickup before the usual time. Mehmet arranged for a reasonable local limo to take us down the coast to our next stop in Bodrum. We can't tell you how special and at home these gentlemen made us feel!

There is nothing we would change, except to have spent a few more days there

The location is great, its nearby supermarkets, busstops and the beach with its many restaurants. The apartment building was in a relatively quiet location, which was wonderful. The owners are great hosts, so welcoming, warm and helpful! Breakfast was good and could be customized. Beds were hard but good, the apartment was big and clean, with a little kitchen. It had a very carefree and happy atmosphere! I would love to stay here again.

Location is very good - not that far from the Ladies' Beach and you can enjoy calm evenings with no music that is quite ok for the first line hotels. Breakfast was good, always fresh and tasty, staff is very very hospitable and warmhearted three brothers who will help[ you anytime and do their best to make your stay comfortable

The bothers running the business are very responsable, professionals and very supportive to facilitate the struggles of travelling.

Booking.com should update the address since it’s doesn’t show accurate. Suggest to search location by the hotel name since booking.com doesn’t show the correct one.

Probably the most friendly host I have ever come across made staying here a delight. The location is convenient to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast served by our host was very good.

Difficult to find on first encounter. Google Maps took us to the wrong street. Had to ask a shop keeper for help. Luckily he knew it. We were one street away from the property. Suggest a better map.

Mehmet and his brothers were wonderful hosts. Just great people with big smiles who love what they do. Full of really helpful recommendations. The breakfast was amazing, really fresh using local ingredients. The apartments are great value for money, all we needed for our stay, pool is really lovely and just a 2 minute walk to ladies beach, perfect for a sunset drink. Would 100% come back

A wonderful experience in this hotel. 1. the location is excellent, easy to go to beaches, town and go to EPHESUS. 2. the hotel manager is an elder uncle, with excellent service, very professional, enthusiastic and friendly to us. He gave us very detail informaiton to go to ephesus and go to other places. 3. The hotle breakfast was quite good too 4. the room was big and clean, with a nice small balcony facing the garden with flowers and trees. We will definitely would like to go back again:)

Hosts are knowledgable and friendly, if you need any tips on where to go or how to get around they will help you. Location is great, it really is just off Ladies' Beach, which is a clean and beautiful beach. I really enjoyed the turkish breakfast too - delicious!
