Spacious room, cleaned every day, great shower. Secure safe in the wardrobe too. Turkish breakfast was delicious every morning, great variety. Plenty to eat and good choices. Staff very friendly, helpful and polite. Location was perfect for restaurant, supermarket and general shopping and very central with a 5 minute walk to the port.

One small annoyance was the toilet seat in our room wouldn't stay up when sitting on it, it would fall down and bang off your back. If we are staying there again will bring it to the staffs attention.

Superb location in the centre of Kusadasi. Near lots of shops, restaurants and an easy stroll to the port. Rooms were clean, comfortable and functional. Breakfast was generous and catered for most types of diet. Likewise the restaurant had a wide choice of good value tasty options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a really happy team. We were made to feel very welcome. Excellent cocktails and a good wine menu. It was lovely to just relax on the terrace, chatting, reading and watching the local cats.

Music a little loud late at night from Bar Street - but then again it's a tourist area so not really the fault of the hotel.

Staff are very friendly and very helpful, beds comfortable, rooms are spotless clean . Showers great. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Outside dining are is nicely located at the top of the busy shopping district if you like to people watch. But there's also an element of privacy as you're surrounded by beautiful trees. Top level level is great for sunbathing and yet still private. Breakfast was lovely, cheeses, eggs, fresh bread,a typical Turkish breakfast as we stayed b&b. They also offer full variety menu including full Irish breakfast if you prefer . Would come back here again

It's situated very close to busy 1 Street of loud bars but the windows keep most of the noise away. Ear plugs for extra measure and you're set. We slept sound with them .

Central location, good value for money, clean. Roughly Premier Inn standard, for comparison.

Could hear some of the bars from our bedroom - it was late October but I'm so it's worse in high season. The breakfast was a bit lacklustre We only bothered with it on one of our three nights there. The water was really salty - noticeable when showering and brushing teeth, it was halfway to seawater. This was the fourth stop on our Türkiye tour and the first place with undrinkable water. Kusadasi is touristy AF, we only came because we wanted to go to Ephesus. Didn't realise we'd walked into a Turkish version of the Costa del Sol until it was too late, overrun with cruise ship passengers and far too easy to get a full English breakfast (almost easier than it was to get a Turkish breakfast). That's not the hotel's fault but we wouldn't return to the town.

Great hospitality by the staff of the hotel that is really conveniently located at the Kusadasi Old Town. We also get to enjoy some time at the small pool they have at the second floor. The place was also really clean. From the rooms to the reception, the whole place was spotless at almost all times. The hot appetizers/snacks they offered were nice and tasty as well, great sidekicks for a pint by the pool. Amazing people, centrally located, clean rooms. It was a great combo for our weekend getaway in Kusadasi.

There wasn't anything that i would necessarily say that we didn't like. However, though the breakfast was quite tasty and filling, it was mediocre.

I really liked the breakfast, it had nice selection and was tasty. The overall aesthetic of the hotel and the room was really nice, the interior design was a Mediterranean/Oriental mix. The shower was clean, modern and spacious (bonus points since it was a walk-in). The room also had a very cute balcony which looked over the centre street. The AC was great and worked perfectly. The location was perfect, it was right in the centre where there were a lot of stores and food places and it was within a walking distance (30 mins) to the beach.

The biggest minus of the stay was that it was pretty loud. The reason for it being loud was also largely due to the balcony, it was pretty difficult to both open it and close it properly. There was no elevator which sometimes made it difficult to go up with heavy bags. The breakfast lobby was really hot because there was no AC, even though there was but they didn’t use it because they had the door open and people mostly ate outside. I personally dislike eating outside due to people smoking and flies so it would have been much better if there was the option to also eat inside without the heat. The rooftop pool looked amazing in the photos but kind of disappointing in real life. It was fairly small and didn’t look super clean.

The staff was really nice and helpful ! We want to thank especially the man who helped us park our car and the manager of the restaurant who was very kind and always ready to help and give advice. The hotel is at the very center of the city, with a nice view on the street and shops below. The swimming pool area is very comfy and quiet. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and the restaurant of the hotel was really nice (for lunch, dinner or even just a refreshing drink). We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is in the center of the city: it is nice to explore the city by foot but very difficult to access with a car. A member of the staff helped us to find a parking spot on the first day but we decided to park our car very far from the hotel the following days. We would suggest future clients to find a public parking before reaching the very small streets in front of the hotel. The room is a bit small and lacks some shelves. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The room itself had a nice decor and even though the hotel is located next to the bar street where all the party's are happening, in the room was quite, with the window closed. We got a room upgrade, we appreciate that. Room size was good, enough space to move comfortably around. Location is good,quite central, not easy to find a parking though,when the streets are busy. Receptionist lady was really friendly!

Unfortunately the bedsheets were not clean, we found hair and marks from previous guests on pillows and undersheet, and I think this is a big minus, because this should be the last thing to save on. At the breakfast, the vegetables and fruits were not really fresh,they were dried out and had already white marks on, but other than that was Okay.

Great hotel with amazing spacious rooms and friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was pretty good with a good selection of cheese, vegetables, fruits, jams, and warm foods. There was no need to try the famous Turkish breakfast, as this hotel's breakfast was basically the buffet version of it. Room service was great too - clean sheets and towels and bottles of water everyday. We also enjoyed drinking turkish tea every day in the common area. The location of the hotel was comfortable for us.

The tap water in the bathroom was salty for some reason, which made it a bit unpleasant when brushing teeth and taking showers. The open air pool on the rooftop was cleaned daily but still had some bugs and leaves in it.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of town and the hotel had a lovely outdoor restaurant and green space and it also had a pool area which was a welcome surprise, especially as it was so very hot when we were there.

The breakfast was pretty basic considering so many people we know had raved about the food in Turkey. One morning, disheartened at the offering I had squeezed two oranges that were already pre-but and next to a juicer thinking they were there to squeeze your own juice only to be roused at by one of the staff. So that was a little harsh and disappointing.
