Place is relatively newly renovated, the quality of the renovation is a bit rough around the edges, although that’s someone who notices these things, most guests won’t recognise.

Whilst the hotel seemed to be pretty empty, I got a room to the front right hand side beside the roundabout. I had to check the patio doo to the balcony numerous times to see if it was open as with the excessive noise from outside, it sounded like the doors were fully opened. The room will get noisy from very early in the morning, I had to wear earphones to block the noise out. Curtains fall off the runner every time you try to open them. Paid extra for the breakfast; didn’t get it first day as I wasn’t aware they relocated it to the bar. Had it beside the pool the second day as it was open. Third day I went to ask was there no breakfast to be told it’s at the bar, hence why I didn’t get any the first day. No signage to advise this

Nicely renovated hotel, large and modern rooms

The room was perfect and beds very comfortable, the shower was fantastic great pressure for washing my long hair , good size bathroom, hotel is fabulous and excellent staff are great the pool staff went out of their way to help you opening umbrella and filling your glasses with extra ice so professional. Food is amazing and value for money .stop looking you have found the best hotel in the heart of kusadasi . 10 out of 10

Notting everything was perfect

I had a couple of opportunities to stay in the hotel now Duqqan (ex Dabaklar) and I must say that this year hotel is completely renovated, it's looking divine! Totally new look, modern furniture, architecture and interesting environment, very clean and very well maintained. The location is super convenient, near city center & all stores, bars, restaurants, in a 10-15 min walking distance. Room was very nice, bed was comfortable, everything was super clean every day. Food was excellent, I had a breakfast and a dinner, the diversity of both is on a very nice level, there is something for every taste. The pool is cozy, clean and there are very comfortable sunbeds & moving umbrellas. The stuff are very kind, responsive, smiling, hard-working and making sure their guests feel welcomed and pleasant. They speak English and have been always helpful. Lots of compliments for all stuff and the Management, this is an example of a fantastic hotel management.

Nice Hotel Clean ,comfortable room,swimming pool, gym. Someone the staff very friendly especially in the bar and food service. Good price although it was January.

Smoking in the eating area, areal turn off for me and friend. No choice in breakfast or evening meal, although food was nice.

rooms were clean and comfortable, as well as being a decent size. The location is great and the staff re helpful and friendly.

unfortunately, my stay was blighted by two Drunken young glaswegian lads and 2 girls from liverpool. They were very loud at 4am and the guys were spitting in the corridor and on the poolside. Also banging on doors having forgotten their room number, The staff were told my the people in the room next to me, but they did nothing.

This place is fabulous, best hotel I've seen in kusadasi. I don't understand why the review rating is so low, makes no sense. Duqqan is 10 out of 10 without a doubt.

Only a small thing but what I didn't like was the security on the door, kind of rude and wouldn't allow me to bring in food from the outside.

Very nice interior . Bedrooms were amazing and pool view from balcony. Beds were extremely comfortable and facilities excellent cleanliness. New hotel with all the trimmings. Loved it . Will stay again.
