The location is great, close both to bus stops and to the city centre. The staff is nice, friendly and ready to answer questions, allowed to leave the luggage before check-in and after checkout. The room was clean, the beds were fine. We stayed for 3 nights, cleaning was offered, as well as change of towels. It's rather quiet and there's everything you need in the room. The balcony is spacious.

They serve pre-made breakfast, and if you don't eat something, it will be wasted. I'd suggest to have an open buffet. Also, there's no shower cabin or even a curtain in the bathroom, it's inconvenient. The hotel is right at a busy street, and you can hear cars a lot, but it's a quiet area except for thıs.

Very good location just 22 mins walk from the bus station, , about 125 lira by taxi. very close to the bazaar, lots of shops around e.g. bakery, supermarket, restaurant, The room is clean with its own toilet and bathroom, the price is reasonable, i booked a single room ( I was given a twin room). They allowed me to checked-in around 7am They also granted my request of one day early check out with a refund. They are very accommodating, without any hassle or fuss. I hope all the hotels are like that. Balcony is a bonus. Staff are very helpful and easy to talk to. Breakfast is so cute/dainty how it was arranged, with lots of spreads to choose from. With hair dyer and kettle. I cannot ask for more.

We stayed at the Hikmethan Hotel for a week, during which we (re)discovered the beautiful and bustling city of Kusadasi, its surroundings and the beautiful beaches nearby. The hotel is exactly as in the description. We noted the very good typical Turkish breakfast, the special kindness of the staff and their tireless efforts to ensure a parking space for all hotel customers. The Wi-Fi works very well. Across the road is a restaurant where you can eat different traditional dishes, and there are others nearby, as well as a few supermarkets. A useful observation perhaps for the most demanding customers: the hotel is located on a busy street, very noisy, noise that lasts until late at night. In the morning, worthy sanitation service workers make sure to wake you up as early as possible, but hey, you didn't come on vacation to sleep! Obviously, it's not the hotel staff's fault; if you think this would bother you too much, ask reception for a room that does not face the street and sleep with the windows closed! We had the room on the first floor, right on the corner, and we slept with the windows open (because we only use the air conditioning exceptionally), but since we go to bed late and anyway we had to get up early, to have as much plenty of time for sun and walks, had no problems with street noise.

Nothing to say.

1) The hotel only allows married couples to stay. It was a big surprise for me as I learned it at the reception desk :) 2) Also, booking.com could have a better information system to let people know that the hotel accepts only married couples because I lost time finding another hotel as we were suppose to catch up with a wedding. 3) The hotel was kind enough to let us, at least, use the room for a couple of hours to suit up and get ready because we were running late for our friend's wedding...

4)Even though booking.com was so weak informing us the hotel's rule about only married couples are allowed, they did a refund based on the hotel's request. 5) Wouldn't booking.com be refunding me anyways if the hotel didn't request from them ?

Wonderful,comfortable, clean and cozy Hikmethan Hotel with delicious Turkish breakfast. The hotel has everything you need for guests to stay. The location of the hotel is beautiful: a 5-10-minute walk from the city centre, fish market, shops, cafes and restaurants. Around the hotel there is no noisy places and clubs, so you can sleep peacefully at night, this is a huge plus compared to hotels on the embankment. I want to say the most kind words and express great gratitude to boss Muhammad and all the hotel staff, they are very friendly, positive, responsive and do everything possible for the guests. With great confidence recommend this hotel, thank you so much!

The location is very convenient, close to the city center. The hotel offers good value for money, and the staff was flexible and accommodating with our requests, which we appreciated

The bathroom was quite small, and the shower didn’t have a separation from the toilet, which made things a bit uncomfortable. The room itself was also small, but fine for a short stay. Unfortunately, we don’t speak Turkish, so we had a few communication issues at times.

First of all staff are very friendly and helpful, thanks to Abdurrahman for his help. We were shown directions to the bus for Ephesus, allowed to have breakfast early on the final morning plus a few other things and they were more than happy to help. Breakfast is really good, a prepared plate of Turkish breakfast but plentiful, served with teas and coffees. Location close to centre but a short 5 min walk away, a good balance. Room clean and tidy and has a fridge, balcony over looked the sea. Bathroom a bit strange but it works.

Room was very noisy at night, not well soundproofed. Also curtains very light too. A lot of the room facilities mentioned in the description do not actually exist. For example, there is no washing machine in the room, and there is additional cost for laundry. I feel this is a bit deceptive.

The staff were wonderful; friendly, helpful and always willing to fill my water bottle! It’s located close to the bus stop for Ephesus and Mohamed is great with directions. Also a short walk to the harbour and restaurants. Breakfast is big with a variety of foods! Rooms are very comfortable with everything you need.

Walls are a bit thin so you can hear others but didn’t bother me.

Definitely best hotel your 15 euro (one night\off-season) can buy in Kusadasi . Stunting view from the last floor. Wifi is stable. Water is hot. AC is heating. Friendly management - good to be treated as a valuable client even for the low price.

The soundproofing could be better - some traffic noise from the streets, some noise from the neighbours. Would prefer some blackout curtains. But nothing really terrible for the price.

The location is perfect very close to the city center. The staff is very helpful and nice. Everything is clean and well kept. Good value for the money.

The room was cleaned every third day, which could be more often. The breakfast was charged 8,5€ which is pretty expensive for what you get. The hotel is in a very narrow and crowded street so it is very challenging to park but the staff helped us and once they even parked our car for us.
