Excellent service from the staff (with special thanks to Hassan and the front desk team),, a very nice touch for the mini-bar fridge in the room with the complimentary drinks, and a very good view across the harbour. The ropf top swimming pool and bar is also very good, with excellent service from the barman.

It's a bit noisy at night with a couple of bars and restaurants close by (which is understandable for the location). The room is a bit smaller than the impression created on pictures, but for a short stay, it is fine.

Everything! The location is perfect, literally steps away from the boardwalk. The rooftop lounge had the best view of the harbour and city we could find. The rooftop bar also had good food and drinks at affordable prices. We were able to leave the car, which the staff ensures is parked and ready to go in the morning, when you need it. The beds and sofa were comfortable and we slept very well. During the day, you could hear the busy streets below, but at night it was very quiet. The call to prayer can be a little loud as the mosque is not far away and aligned with the room we had. The shower had plenty of hot water and the bathroom was spacious and renovated. The staff went above and beyond at the reception, helping us with a bus who was blocking our car one morning. Breakfast was excellent with a perfect view, inside or outside. Overall great experience and likely worth a lot more than the price we paid.

The door to our room (514) was very hard to close. We had to slam it, which made a loud noise. It wasn't so much a problem for us as for potential neighbours if we ever transited during the night. The wifi was not great in our bed or sofa as they were farther from the wifi. Other rooms likely didn't have that problem, based on the signal in other parts of our room. Those two issues were easy fixes to an otherwise perfect stay, and likely applicable to a minority of rooms anyway.

We stayed at Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel for two nights and everything was perfect. The hotel is centrally located and extremely reliable. We experienced zero problems during our stay. Thank you for everything!

The hotel was in the ideal location for Kudadasi , to be right in front of the main attraction and heartbeat areas of Kudadasi ! The Rooftop pool areas / breakfast views are just sublime and the best !

The entry check in / drop off point on arrival by car was terrible and frustrating to manoeuvre if you were driving yourself as it was awkward with no car parking areas to do so . I had to do 3 laps of the block to try to enter into hotel lobby entrance out front as public car parking out front was blocking any comfortable entry into the hotel lobby !! Intersection and one way entry where hotel is positioned was the worst I had seen on a very busy road and not workable to be honest !

Location excellent, being right at the Port. Breakfast excellent - variety & hosted at the top of the hotel, so lovely outlook. Rooms are modern, spacious, clean & comfortable. Beds comfortable. We asked for an additional blanket - Turkey are not big on blankets. Loved the gym!! Bonus. Enjoyed a drink on the roof top.

Locating the hotel. Could booking.com please mention that there is another Hotel Ilayda one street along. Google maps took us to that hotel rather than Ilayda Avantgarde. As well, mention that if you can't park in front of the hotel, hop out and ask the bellboy to park your car for you. They will happily park it off site at no extra cost.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel in December 2024, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the rooms were. The attention to detail in the room's cleanliness was outstanding, making me feel right at home. The staff at Ilayda Avantgarde were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all of my requests were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Their genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was another highlight! There was such a wide variety of delicious and high-quality options, catering to every taste. Each morning, I looked forward to trying something new, and I was never disappointed. One of the best features of this hotel is its prime location. It’s right in the heart of the city, super close to the pier and surrounded by plenty of attractions, shops, and restaurants. The convenience of being able to walk everywhere made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. I can’t recommend Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel enough. Everything from the rooms to the staff, breakfast, and location exceeded my expectations. A truly 10/10 experience!
