Loved the staff throughout. From Ciara @ reception to pool guy. Special mention to our room maid Nisha. Lovely lady & gave us a parting gift. She couldn't do enough for us in Room 513.rooms,are basic but good fridge & great aircon. Breakfast was only letdown as hot food on offer not to our liking but most folk seemed happy enough with selection. Also a shout out to breakfast room staff. Plenty sunbeds during our 2 week stay end June. Mainly couples then as kids in schools still. Location cannot be topped as 3-5mins, away from anything Kusadasi.

Breakfast not great but adequate to start day. Good coffee but hot food not the best.

Pool area is nice and spacious. Rooms cleaned everyday. Staff were fantastic especially Ciara on reception. Pool guy(can remember his name) was constantly on the go so shout out to him. Location is spot on, dolmus stop just oitside the hotel and around the corner from centre. Hotel also gave us a free upgrade as we celebrating our wedding anniversary. Booked again for September.

Rooms a bit dated but very clean. Shower water pressure was hit and miss but wouldnt let those negatives stop me staying here again.

You really couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed staying here, it’s minutes walk from all the best attractions.

The lift is an absolute nightmare, it goes to every single floor first before lastly going to the floor you pressed the button for. One night I was inside the lift for approximately 4 minutes while it stoped everywhere except where I was trying to go, because of this I would not stay there again.

Breakfast wasn't all that good. Limited choice but possibly ok for Turkish guests

location is fantastic. view is exceptional from room, balcony and terrace. value for money. roof terrace pool not overcrowded.

just the carpets. laminate flooring would be better in the rooms however even tho carpeted it was fine.

Staff are friendly and extremely helpful, location is excellent.

There wasn't anything I didn't like ,it's very clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff, maybe adding a kettle in the room would be a good idea going forward.

Lighting in the room, extremely dim lights, a large bright light is needed to put make up on or shave, lighting needs to be upgraded.

Amazing location, lovely views, spacious room. Cleaning staff very friendly always said hello.

Smell in bathroom after you use the tap. Beds quite hard. Breakfast was not good at all.

Breakfast was good 😊 staff very nice always on hand to help .we done a lot of shopping and the staff helped us to and from our rooms

Location, was excellent. While hotel rooms are dated, a little attention would make a great difference, eg upgrade bathroom
