Location was good, walking distance to main town, castle and local beaches( 1 across the road). Worth going to other beaches, Jade and Ladies using v frequent buses right outside. Pool excellent and staff v helpful. Breakfasts good and from top floor great view towards cruise ship quay. Balconies overlook sea view .

Corridor under lit and needed brightening..

Our second stay here as we were travelling to and from Samos. Really friendly staff on reception and to those who promptly answered my many emails! The rooms are as described; basic but very clean, comfortable and all with a seaview and balcony. There is a pool which we didn't have time to use on either of our visits.

Yes there is a nightclub next door which can't be helped and which does mean there is noise. But once you close your balcony door and put the Aircon on, it's tolerable! This time we had breakfast which was ok. The only let down was the juice which isn't juice but incredibly sweet and quite unpalatable 'juice'. Otherwise great experience and great value for money.

Really fancy hotel with an incredible sea view. The room was exactly as the photos and every day I came back to a gorgeous decoration on the bed with rose petals, I was a solo traveller but I thought it was really romantic. The staff are the nicest staff that I have ever met in any hotel I ever stayed in and are super helpful for any with every situation. The location is perfect, right beside the beautiful Marina and only minutes walk to everything.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel, I really enjoyed my stay and I would defiantly stay there again and recommend to others.

Everything is great, clean, comfortable , quiet staff are friendly , pool, location you couldn't ask for more and for 70 euro a night it is great value for money , I have stayed there twice in the last month for a couple of days at a time , I highly recommend this Hotel , I will stay there everytime we come to Kusadasi.

The bed only had one sheet on the bottom , we like a sheet top and bottom and the did this for us , no problem for them .

We absolutely loved the location as the beach was on the door step and 10 minutes to the centre but plenty of places to eat and drink around the hotel the only let down was the rooms are a little small and the pool area gets no sun so not used at all but the cleaning lady was amazing and the place was spotless and we would stay there again

Hotel didn’t want you bringing in your own food or drink but as we ate out most of the time it wasn’t a big deal and the pool area had no sun

All the staffs are warm, friendly and helpful esspecially the lovely lady named Nagihan. The staffs take time to greet guest warmly whenever guest is at the lobby area and speak relatively good English that ease communication. The location is in front of the beach with beautiful views and within walking distance of nearby places of interest along the beach.

The toilet looks a bit dated.

Seafront and comfortable rooms.

No parking. We were there at Bayram so Kusadasi was rammed. We parked up the street with others but was removed to the compound m. 950 tl to retrieve. But only 15 mins from discovering it gone to collection. Thanks to the hotel for taking us there and sorting it.

It was very good. Nice location, staff and accommodation.

The Hotel is located very centrally and rooms have sea view. Very good quality and variety of food for breakfast and dinner. .

Some of the receptionists did not speak English well, but they were nevertheless very friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent, beach across the road, walking distance to town centre, very clean and comfortable. Rooms cleaned every day. Has spa on premises.

Pool area does not get the sun at all, so pool very cold, we used the beach every day.
