The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

The location is secluded in a small alleyway. Hard to maneuver the car. No nearby restaurants/ATM.

We stayed in room 502 with the private terrace, it was a fantastic space. The terrace is like a whole other room with view of Kusadasi. The bathroom has a double tub/spa. And the breakfast buffet was outstanding! Which we could bring bad up to our terrace room.

The hotel decor looks a bit dated as you go in the property and allows smoking so you may experience smoking smells. It is about a 10-15 walk into town and an uphill walk on the way back. It was fine for us but may not be for others. The general terrace is only separated from the private terrace with a perforated wooden separator so especially in morning and evening you can hear others talking and can even smell smokers.

Great view of the marina from our 5th floor room and there was a cute outdoor area where you could eat your breakfast. Rooms were clean. Air conditioning was great. The hotel is situated up a really steep hill, which was great for the view, but be mindful that the walk to/from town is steep. Weren't too close to the main strip so wasn't bothered by the late night noise of restaurants and bars. Breakfast was a nice spread and the staff were lovely and helpful.

The carpark was on gravel and a bit difficult to negotiate as our tyres struggled to grip it. Although our bathroom was clean, it looked a bit run down, with paint bubbling on the ceiling and shower railing and seals looking a bit worse for wear.

The view was amazing and room was clean. The staff were great. They ensured our stay is comfortable and guided us directions around Kusadasi. A point to note is the hotel is located uphill… you may have to walk a lot if you dont have a car. The breakfast items are limited but delicious… Overall, it was a pleasant stay…

The water is salty and the shower drain is clogged.

Nice city hotel. Small but cozy. Walking distance from the city center but it’s on the hill, so be prepared for a little climbing. Standard turkish breakfast - nothing special but ok.

Internet connection was poor. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours very clearly.

The hotel was really nice, reception staff kind, friendly and helpful.

The hotel is brand new! The staff was very helpful in setting up our room and letting us know where to park. Very clean and modern design. The rooms were large and spacious with a beautiful view of the sea line. They even helped order food which was amazing!

The hotel was newly renovated and equipped, common spaces very pleasant, big entrance terrace with comfy chairs, excellent breakfast included in the room cost. The room was also ok, clean and quite spacious

The room was spacious, clean and it was a really good spot for us with the small kid. Comfortable and big bed. Area is quiet and peaceful at night which was also good for us like a family with kid. Breakfast was also good.
