Overall, we had a pleasant stay and genuinely enjoyed our time at the hotel. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The staff service stood out as a highlight – everyone was friendly, professional, and very attentive. When we arrived, we were initially given a room with two separate beds instead of the French bed we had requested. However, the staff resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. That said, the hotel itself doesn’t quite live up to a 5-star standard. The entire property could benefit from a full renovation, as the furniture and décor are quite outdated. Another letdown was the evening entertainment, which was poorly organized and not enjoyable at all. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was still good, and I do feel that the stay was worth the money. With some updates, this hotel could truly deliver a top-tier experience.

We spent a magical week at the Korumar Hotel in Kuşadası, and it was everything we had hoped for and more. The setting is simply breathtaking — perched above the Aegean Sea, with stunning views that feel like a dream. The hotel’s commitment to sustainability made our stay even more meaningful. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality. There was a small issue during our stay, but the management resolved it quickly and with great professionalism, which we deeply appreciated. Days were spent relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool or walking hand in hand along the private beach, where the sunsets painted the sky in soft, romantic colors. The atmosphere was perfect for couples looking for a peaceful and intimate getaway. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended for anyone seeking beauty, comfort, and a touch of romance.

Buffet was amazing, so much food to choose from. Snack Bar, the food was lovely but portions were very small. The omelettes at breakfast were my favourite and the choice at lunch and dinner was exceptional. When we arrived at the hotel it was 1oc in the morning and the staff took our cases to the room which was a lovely touch. The guy that checked us in asked if we wanted to upgrade to a room with a sea view to ask after breakfast the following morning which we did but we were told there was none left so we were a bit disappointed with that. There was also 2 salad rolls left in our room the night we arrived which we were delighted with. Overall, we had a lovely holiday

I liked everything but would have loved having Irish sausage and rashers :) I did feel the room was a bit small. We did ask to upgrade to a sea view room the morning after we arrived but we were told there was none left. I asked for more hangers which were brought to the room but could have done with some more but I didn't ask again. We were on floor 6 which made the lifts a bit slow for us at times. The entertainment in the bar was not great so we went into town most nights after dinner.

Location and the views are amazing. Good private beach with a deck for water sports (Alas it was closed when I visited as season was just starting, so preparations were underway) All facilities under a single roof from restaurant to shopping and spa to hair dressers. Tried on site scuba diving, the trainer was very friendly and highly skilled. Will surely visit again at least to dive again.

Food was palatable at best in all the restaurants on site. Nothing great or exceptional. A good walk to other places (at least 1km for the nearest restaurant/cafe) The staff were patronising, most of them had no smile, even when you smile and wish them.

the staff was great, very friendly and always with a smile. The hotel has its own beach access, pool and beautiful garden. I loved my room it’s nicely redone and the view was stunning. If you like big hotels it’s a great place to stay.

2 out of 3 items of my laundry shrank during the washing (or drying process) that was a bit of a bummer. Personally I didn’t like Kusadasi much, it’s so overbuilt.

The hotel clearly caters to large groups; they were thrown by our arrival, which made registration drag on. Indoor hot tub was lukewarm. Interior finishes in room and spa were in bad shape.

The facilities were great. Beautiful swimming pool and outdoor areas with outdoor lift that goes down to the sea. Biggest buffet I have experienced.

The rooms was not 5*. Central cobtroled aircon l that was set to high for my personal preference. No flatsheets. Pillows wasn't good quality and not comfortable at all. Resort is very big and impersonal. If you like big crowds, tour groups and if you are going to spend a lot of time using the hotel facilities it is worth the money. If you are going on daytrips and not going to spend a lot of time at the hotel during the day ...the room is not worth the money.

Everything was lovely during my stay. They have changed our room to one with a sea view even though we had booked a land view, which was very kind.
