I have to say, the reviews I read before our stay were quite accurate, and our overall experience was positive. This was our first all-inclusive stay, and considering the fact that Turkey attracts tourists from all over the region, the management is doing a great job in running the hotel. We enjoyed our time there, and the staff were organized and efficient. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the restaurant staff were always on top of things, promptly cleaning tables and preparing for the next guests. We stayed for about nine days, and while the food options did become a bit repetitive after a while, the variety available ensured that we could still find something enjoyable to eat. I especially appreciated the helpfulness of the guest relations desk. Two families in our group had flight cancellations and arrived late, well after dinner service had ended. The Guest Relations went above and beyond, working with the chef to save some food for them, which was greatly appreciated. Now for a few areas of improvement: the bathrooms could have been cleaner and are due for some updating. It would also be helpful if there were more frequent transportation options to downtown. We later discovered the mini-buses (Dolmus), which were a cost-effective way to get there, but having this information upfront or a more direct shuttle service would have been ideal. All in all, while there is room for some improvements, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

good value for a one bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the sea. it’s nice that meals and drinks were included and they have a shuttle to a private beach— even had food and drinks there too. had a taxi stand that we took to ladies beach and pigeon island. all the taxis were about 5euro to most places whether coming from the hotel or in town.

rooms weren’t sound proof, but not paper thin either. I’m a light sleeper and I didn’t lose any sleep. Food for a little repetitive and could tell they were using leftovers at breakfast. Turkish dinner was the best. could use a little more options with their drinks.

There was an issue at check in which couldnt be resolved, there was lack of empathy with the staff member who checked me in and was constantly talking over me, the booking was in my name and my friend was checking in before me due to my flight getting in later, I communicated with the hotel in advance to advise of this and I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem and that check in with my friend would be allowed earlier than myself and had emails to prove the conversation, but the Man who checked me in wouldn't believe me. This was upsetting and un necessary

There were several pools, temp was good after initial shock. The kids pool was brilliant and the slides were enjoyed by all. There was food available all day from 7am to 6am. You really couldn't ask for anything more. There was ice cream parlor, pizza place, sit down restaurants, all in addition to the buffet. The staff is excellent, all smiles and good service. Excellent English too. The hotel itself is impressive, all the chaps selling the trips were very lovely too, good prices and not at all pushy. All very friendly and a relaxing trip. 16 of us travelled, no problem getting lounges together, we'll be going back.

Very well organised. It is a big resort, all inclusive, so the dining hall gets very busy at feeding times, but you don't wait at all to get your food. The staff are brilliant and everything flows along smoothly. The choices of food was next level, and so unbelievably tasty. Our room was massive and super comfortable. The resort is isolated from Kusadasi, but only a 5 min taxi ride. Which is nice in a way - it's very relaxing. We stayed there for 3 nights at the end of our child free Turkey trip, and just completely unwound. Fantastic.

The free drinks, specifically the alcohol, is not the best quality. Makes sense though - you can't give out top class single malt whiskey for free, you'd run at a loss. However - the Tuborg beer on tap was ice cold and delicious, and the Amsterdam Cocktail kept the vibe flowing nicely.

I am very grateful for the excellent service provided to my elderly parents, especially my mother. The hotel staff are exceptionally kind and genuinely make my parents feel at home, offering assistance whenever needed. As a result, my parents always want to return to this hotel, as they truly appreciate the care and support they receive. Thank you to all the staff — especially Harun at reception and Yunus, the manager — for the high quality of care and professionalism you consistently provide. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough; everyone should experience a stay here.

Comfy clean room with great view. Food was nice, Pool and gym good. Very clean and nice staff.

No pool bar was open, this affected the sitting out for us. Lobby bar become too busy. Was told no table service but locals next to us had it. Day after there was table service. Rooms were way to hot. Aircon wasn't working as its March but still needs condideration for guests who expect it its advertised so should be available. Drinks we're ok, but some mixers were poor. Please change the tonic we went out and bough our own. Some staff need a little training on making cocktails correctly. I travel around the world regularly and was told that's not right when I asked for an Aperol the Italian way. Lighting in bathroom a bit dark for shaving for my husband.

Very good family resort plenty of food. They have a number of snack bars, buffet restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, later for a late snack and a 24 hour bar. They have three speciality restaurants which you can book for free if you are staying a week one restaurant slot per week. These can be booked additional times for a free. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money, plenty of entertainment. They also have an over 16's pool and buffet restaurant as an option if you want a quieter restaurant/pool area.

Nothing really stayed off season(Oct) still very busy as it's a large resort still plenty of entertainment.

1. 99% of Staff can't speak English ! 2. Had a terrible flat mattress in the middle. Did inform Reception that I had a back operation. They send Housekeeping to check and after Housekeeping came to check they said they'll inform Reception that mattress was very soft, nearly flattens when you sit upon it. Nothing happened and we had a poor nights sleep. The next day I had to ask three time during the day for the mattress to be replaced. They did eventually with firmer mattress which was fine to sleep on.

During our visit (28th June to 4th July 2022) the variety of dishes and side dishes as well as the quality of the breakfast, lunch and especially dinner buffet cannot be overestimated. The atmosphere was very international, and everything worked as scheduled. Even the members of the staff was working all the time, they kept smiling faces and friendliness. Most of the services were carried out with a high ambition. Especially the massager Antonio proved to have high professional talent. Likewise, there is nothing to complain about manicure and pedicure services. Overwhelming cleanliness was very impressive, as well. The resort is like a town itself. As a summary: After corona the services are at a higher level than before pandemic. This Ramada Resort is like a paradise on the earth. Even the garden plants were maintained at a skilful manner. That´s why I recommend this place, in addition to golf players, for everyone. It is suitable: • for families due to water slides and multiactivity • for senior citizens due to feeling of safeness and ”adult only pool area” • for adults and young people due to availability of real all-inclusive services and entertainment group I hope this all will continue also in the future.
