The rooms were clean and nicely sized, beds were really very comfortable, great views, food was well presented and fresh with a number of tasty options which was great. Good range of cocktails on the all inclusive. Staff were really friendly and nice to have Spa facilities on site (treatments were excellent!). Good pool area with lots of seating. Fantastic and accessible snack bar. Kids LOVED the slides at the pool.

We booked 5 rooms, 3 of the rooms had aircon issues which made sleeping very uncomfortable. Also two of the rooms had taps that ran brown water temporarily when the rooms were used. The Spa and hair dresser on site were fantastic but only accepted cash and you have to walk down the road to draw money. (They did say however that they are expecting to have these facilities in the future)

Location was good. the reciptionast Mr. Ersen was so kind and respectful. he gave us a nice room with view. Thank you again..

there were not a lof of food option.

The food was great and at afternoon there always was some kind of special shows planed so it was very entertaining.

The check-in hours on booking are not correct. The manager told us that the generel check-in time around the globe is around 2 pm which we know, but there can always be some exceptions, which we thought was the case. If we had not asked beforehand we would have to wait from midnight til 2pm to check in our room. The pictures shown are also misleading. Other than that there are rooms for the same price with AC and ones with general AC, which we know from our friend that booked the exact same room. The ones with the AC are not working properly. We also had booked a room with a view of the sea which costs more than a normal room. But at the end we got a room that bearl could see anything. But we were told that the room we stayed at was one of the newly renovated ones and that the view from the balcony is with sea view. We were probably 15 times at the reception and our needs just could not be meet, to be precisily the room we payrd for by looking at the description could not be given to us. They always comforted us by saying that they will fix things „tomorrow“. By the time these so called changes were made half the time of our stay had past. Everything written above was already complaint about to the manager.

The breakfast was good..Mr. Ersan at the receptionist was good and nice welcome..

The snaks and dinner were terrible and not clean at all. The resort is very old.. at the toliet the WC was damaged and no water on it.. the bed in not comfortable at all. the room is very old.. I can give them 2 starts only for this resort it was really not good. The save box is broken.

Hairdresser was able to assist in short notice

Everything - there were no duvet covers or blankets; the food was awful; drinks sub standard; location terrible; generally a poor all round option. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Room was filthy; shower did not work properly; door locks were broken; used slippers were under the bed…
