Sezgin Hotel is an absolute gem! The drive there is not one for those uncomfortable with driving through small streets. There was parking next to the hotel in a private lot used only by the hotel. From the outside one might question themselves for booking this location. But...once you enter the doors you are in a piece of paradise. The inner courtyard is stunning! The flowers were beautiful, poolside was calm and relaxing. The hosts are the hotel were very friendly and engaging. The room was large and overlooked the courtyard. Very comfortable for 3 friends travelling. Unfortunately I can not speak to the food prepared by the hotel as we did not stay there long enough to enjoy. Once parked, it is a short walk to find restauants and shopping. I can not recomment this hotel enough.

I go to Hotel Sezgin every year. It always feels nice and Cengizhan is a nice guy. The garden and the pool are very beautiful. I like to eat breakfast or drink coffee next to the pool. It is very relaxing. The hotel has free parking. It is only 2 minutes walking to the city center, so it is easy to go everywhere. The hotel is in an old part of Kuşadası, with small, lovely houses and so quite. In the evening, they make delicious grilled meat or fish and a real family hotel.

If you are searching for a hotel which has a nice environment, generous breakfast, nice pool, beautiful garden, good location which is close to the city centre and the beach, then Sezgin Hotel is a really good option. This hotel is a family business. I liked their hospitality a lot. The way they were trying their best to make my stay comfortable was really nice. I especially would like to mention and thank to Mr. Sezgin and his daughter Ms. Hayriye for hospitality and good recommendations:)

Everything was great for price value. I would only mention maybe to increase the number of cleaning sessions during the stays.

Renovated bathrooms, new AC, very nice breakfast and friendly owner. He can give you any information you may need. Location was very good. Very closed to the main market street. Mostly we are satisfied and we will return back again. Thank you Sezgin.

Didn't have a balcony for smoking. So you should go out of your room. Also there were a few people that made very noise. Reception should ask them be more quiet. I dont know if they did maybe they did. We booked 1 double bed room but we got two singles beds. But its ok, doesn't matter. Just mentioning.

Great hotel for having a peaceful holiday with a fantastic garden with flowers everywhere. there is zero noise from outside and in the evening with a cup of tea you can read your book or work remote. They have free parking and a good breakfast. Definitely worth the money, thanks to Djengizhan the receptionist who guided me where to go, location was perfect.

Family run hotel,lts friendly and very quiet place to relax lovely swimming pool, rooms are spacious and very clean, hotel is well located very close to the town centre, most enjoyable stay,

Only downside is there's a steep walk up a hill to the hotel from the town centre,

our hotel was a pleasant surprise because not only was it very economical but also the staff left us extremely happy. everyone was very kind and helpful and helped us by calling us a taxi for our transportation and after check out they kept our things safe so that we could move more easily until we got them. the surrounding area was strange but the hotel was so good that we didn't notice it at all. it was close to the center and to the port where we were very impressed and most importantly it was very clean

Everything was just great! It was verry clean and cosy. The staf was very nice and helpful. Perfect familyhotel with pool, poolchairs and a nice garden. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was just in centrum but still very calm and silent. We will absolutely come back!! The personal at hotel is exceptional. The manager was very helpful and friendly, gave us good advice about what to see in Kushadasy and in Ephes, treated us with his home-grown fruits (he uses hotel garden to grow oranges/lemons and some interesting fruits I have never seen or tasted before). They also have three cute turtles crawling lazilly in the garden, which is so lovely :) Hotel has a private parking lot, it is not big but it is enough and this is really convenient: you do not have to think about the car at all: the staff manages situations when your car locks some other car on the parking lot (you give them the keys) so you have no worries and can just relax and enjoy this beautiful small city without anything to bother you. Btw, they have also nice, clean pool in the hotel (I would call this a guest house rather than a hotel, it is so cosy and nice!) Overall, 11/10, totally recommend :)

The hotel has a great location (it’s a minute away from the center), it has a private parking too. The room was very nice and clean. The garden is calm and beautiful place. The owner is a great person! He offered us our favorite tea, made us wonderful and very rich breakfast and gave us a recommendation for a place to visit.
