The location is a 15-minute walk to the city center or 5 minutes by dolmuş, which has a stop opposite the hotel. For those traveling by car, there is a large parking lot with easy access from the road. The hotel is superb, built in turkish traditional style, with a charming inner courtyard and spacious rooms. The furniture is rustic, but fits the hotel’s theme perfectly. The rooms are very clean, with a balcony, AC, TV and a mini fridge that did its job flawlessly. The spacious, clean bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels and toiletries. The exterior with spacious terraces, full of flowers. with rattan tables and chairs, it's the perfect place to enjoy the gorgeous view. Large, clean swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and a bar. The hotel is equipped with a Turkish hammam with decent prices. Breakfast and dinner can be served at the restaurant, the food being very tasty. Decent Wi-Fi in all spaces. Very good and fast reception services, hospitable staff. We will be back with pleasure.

Nothing to dislike

I liked the location (10 minute walk to the Kusadasi nightlife) and the hotel’s style (very picturesque both by day and night). The pool is lovely, the WiFi connectivity is good, and I thought the food was very nice.

The major issue - as many others have raised - is the noise from the night club across the street. From about nine o’clock at night until about one or two o’clock in the morning it is deafening. Words were plainly audible in my bedroom! Besides this the hotel needs a prolonged period of maintenance to address worn or broken fittings (eg two lights - one in the bathroom and the other in the bedroom - were not working). In fact the hotel needs ‘sprucing up’. I should add that I have never seen a hotel of this size seemingly run with so few people. The ones that serve are friendly and helpful but there appears to be a resignation that things will not really improve. A great shame as I enjoyed my stay at the Altinsaray Hotel.

The Hotel is located on a cliff overlooking the sea. Easy to commute to the main city centre (scenic walk) The Hotel has an old era turkish charm to it. It has a lovely pool which is very big and well maintained. We had a lovely time at the pool. The rooms are spacious and clean. It has a lil sit out balcony too. The bathroom is large and spacious. Its clean and the shower had good hot water. The breakfast and dinner spreads are good. We enjoyed a delicious dinner buffet one evening. The sunset views from the dinning area are not to be missed. All the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. They helped us book taxis for our excursions.

The beds were spacious but very old.. made noise everytime we got on or off the bed. The doors including the ones on the wardrobe creaked and needed extra push to close properly. The rooms had just two lamps... in evening it was too dim. There wasn't a lamp near the dressing table either. The shower area didn't have any place to keep the toiletries while bathing.

Everything was nice.

Building needs renovation. Also there was a night club on the other side of the street. Sleeping is not easy because of noisy music.

Good location with a nice staff and a great value for the price.

A lot of noise during the night with the neighbours but also birds singing when the sun rises so if you don't mind that then this hotel is a great choice !

The neighbor hotel has loud parties until 01 in the morning. It didn't really bother us, but it is worth knowing if you are a light sleeper

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and decorated in traditional style. The staff are friendly as well. Very clean. Shower was one of the most comfortable in Turkey so far.

I wouldn’t call it “dated” like some other reviewers have as it is definitely also the style (which is gorgeous), but one of our rooms did not have enough plug sockets and we had to use one in the bathroom. The other room did have a few more sockets. Overall still amazing value for money though

Great location, Lovely leisurely walk (10/15 mins) with fantastic views into centre. Beautiful views from hotel and lovely settings within hotel. Only slight criticism would be that some of the staff could be a little friendlier, however I have to say that the manage 'Zafer' is extremely friendly, helpful and courteous and will go out of his way to resolve any issue you may have. Overall a very enjoyable stay and hated leaving.

Gorgeous old traditional style inn, beautiful room, large bathroom, excellent breakfast with plenty vegetarian options. AC, TV, fridge, towels and toiletries. Wi-Fi was decent. It was too cold to use the pool and we hadn't had time for a Turkish hammam session (a decent price) but next time we won't miss it. Location was good, a 15 min walk to the center, with beautiful views. Stuff very friendly. It was a wonderful stay.
