A little gem in the center of Kusadasi. A quiet garden in the middle of busy life. Most importantly, it is pet-friendly, my samoyed dog was welcomed there nicely. There were other folks staying with doggos too, so the place is just awesome. I just love people who love animals and let them stay, because they are part of the family. The place itself is comfy, has all the necessities, breakfast is fresh and nice. The owner is just a god-send, he saved us when we got ourselves into some narrow streets on the way to the hotel and couldn't move out of there, just got stuck. Maybe he was a racer or something, but he just masterfully drove our car out of the extremely tiny road and led us to the hotel. Well done 😁 Parking is difficult nearby but there is a large underground paid parking just around the corner where you can leave your car.

If you're with a car, please just follow the map the hotel sends you. We were tired and just relied on google maps, which was a major mistake, it led us to some horrorish streets we couldn't go through, turn, or reverse. Another point is that there is a mosque nearby and azan is very loud - so I'd suggest closing the windows for the night.

The host was an amazing young guy and just so friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was great and varied. The rooms were good and we had everything we needed. The accommodation is in a great location and walking distance to everything you need in Kusadasi. Our host parked our car for us each day we were there as parking places were at a premium. Kusadasi is a great location to visit Ephesus etc. Would recommend anyone stay there as the courtyard is beautiful and peaceful.

Everything was good..streets in old town are extremely narrow and would recommend a good GPS as it is very easy to get lost in the old part of town.

Although the location appeared a little dubious it was actually really close to everything which worked perfectly for us. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good. The courtyard was the selling point, very pretty and an oasis feel. We were there at a quiet time of the week so we barely saw anyone else but we did enjoy an after dinner drinks from the bar. The breakfast was also very good with a good variety of options. A very reasonably priced option.

We barely saw any staff. We have no idea who was running the place. A couple of faces looked but as we arrived quite late on our first night, we really didn't have a proper check in. The bins weren't emptied so we used the 'service our room' sign on the 2nd morning. This helped. Water wasn't replaced daily either which surprised us but it wasn't the end of the world.. We would still recommend based on price and.location.

The location is just off the Main Street but still in the very heart of Kusadasi, it’s like 1-minute walk! The house is tastefully decorated! The courtyard / garden is lovey, it’s a great place to meet and chat with people from different parts of the world! They have a cute dog and hundreds of turtles as pets! The owner (Racep, sorry I misspelt!) is an amazing young man, very funny and hospitable, we had some intelligent conversation! The bed is very comfortable, room is immaculately clean!

Just minor things. The bathroom design is a bit impractical as you will wet the floor even if you shower very carefully. Breakfast variety can be better, as least hot some hot food.

Breakfast was very good indeed. The manager/owner was exceptionally helpful and patient, particluarly with a kindly but somewhat demanding elderly gentleman in our party. Nothing was too much trouble in arranging taxis and transport and giving directions. The place was quiet and with a beautiful courtyard in which to sit and relax. The location 5 minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants was excellent. Thoroughly recommend.

A nice garden, feels like far from the busy tourist streets, but very close. The garden is a very nice and quiet place to stay and relax, and you can get to the shops in a minute or so. A lot of cute turtles to watch, living in the garden, and a bar with possibilities for a simple meal in the evening and breakfast in the garden. Very cute room, probably newly renovated. I would absolutely stay here again to this price level also next time.

That I had to leave so early that I missed the breakfast, but I got a package with very a tasty sandwich with feta cheese and tomatoes from the very friendly guy working there, I am sure the breakfast would have been nice if I had the time.

Thanks to Garden Palace hotel we enjoyed our vacation in Kush adasi, everything was amazing, the staff was very polite and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect, breakfast was super, so delicious with wild selection of food. Our room was always clean and tidy. It's necessary to note the cosy and cute green courtyard with turtles and bodyguard of the hotel-dog named Pekmez. We express our great gratitude for shown hospitality to Recep, Yusuf, Gorgun and Gonul abla, which became like a part of our family. If we ever go again to Kushadasi we are not considering other options than their place. With big love from Azerbaijan.

Great stay. Room was gorgeous and very cheap for the price I paid. Very close to the main street full of shops. You can feed turtles some watermelon and cucumber so also great for kids.

A few times reception wasn’t around when we needed something, so we had to come back down a few times. But it’s a minor thing really. Staff was very helpful when we asked questions, but not overly friendly or anything like that, which is fine for us (we liked the no nonsense style) but something for others to consider.

Poor lighting in the room - No sound insulation - When we arrived, there were hairs on the bathroom walls and on the sink - The windows of our room did not have any net. This was a problem, because our room was on the ground floor and we did not feel like leaving the window open as any insect could get in. The breakfast starts only at 08.00 which is a bit late if you need to leave the hotel early (for a boat trip, for an excursion to Ephesus, to take a ferry to Samos island etc.)

We absolutely loved our stay at Garden Palace Boutique Hotel. After the hustle and bustle of Kusadasi this is a haven of tranquility. Close to the centre, the hotel has everything you need - really helpful and friendly hosts, a shady courtyard, food and drink and a fabulous breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble from ordering a taxi, arranging laundry and helping us with directions. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. Recommend a stay.
