The rooftop pool is good but can become even better and the location. The breakfast was also very good

We arrived before check-in time and waited at reception asking for the Wifi password, but the receptionist Mustafa was very rude in his tone by saying that we can only have the WiFi password after 2 pm. He did give us the room at exactly 2 pm. Also in terms of communication, he said that he doesn't speak any English so we had to speak in Turkish and when he could not understand what we were asking he was just ignoring us by going to the back side of the reception. All the other employees were trying to assist when you asked or need something except that guy. Pros: Breakfast, Swiming Pool, Location Cons: One of their staff is rude, rooms are not cleaned every day you need to ask at reception

A great location- stunning views of the harbour with an amazing cruise ship parked up.

No lift or ramp up to the front door. One of my party had just broken her leg so steps were difficult. Also for getting the 23kg suitcases up the stairs. However the kind guy on reception helped us when I went in to reception to ask about the possibility of a ramp.

Location was great, good customer service, nicevrooms and views

Room was not clean and they didnt clean it during my visit there.

I liked the communication from booking app and the people who work in the hotel. Always nice and friendly komsu. We missed Turkish friends from pandemic restrictions.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was satisfactory. You could eat on the terrace with a view of the sea across the street. There was a man taking care of the cars (Mr. Mehmed), who was doing it professionally.

We have to ask several times to get the toilet paper. At the end it was difficult to get the invoice for the two days. The receptionist was very nervous to give us the invoice for the second day.
