The sea view from the balcony, the beauty of the sunset at night is priceless. The location of the hotel was very good. We went for a walk to the city center every evening. It was close to one of the beaches - Ilanciburnu Bay - on foot, and to the Women's Beach - a five-minute bus ride away. The staff is friendly. I will never forget the beautiful face, smile, and delicious food of Hilal, the employee of the restaurant next to the hotel. I would like to thank Ali Bey and the hotel employee who worked the night shift.

The WiFi in the hotel is very bad. However, it was possible to connect to the internet on the balcony. The bathroom and toilet of the apartments are in poor condition. The shower head was useless, water leaked everywhere. The closet was uncomfortable and not clean.

The location is good, half way between ladies beach and city centre, the bus runs frequently and we used it daily (25 lira per person). It's a lovely stroll in the morning or evening into the centre.The views are amazing and the pool has both full sun and shade all through the day. The apartments are big in size ours had bunk bed, single bed and double bed. Ali is a great host and was very helpful during our stay.

There is a short steep hill up to the apartments. For me and my child it was no problem but would be an issue for anyone with walking difficulties.

The room, kitchen, and especially the balcony were great. The view was amazing! The location was decent — we walked to the beach, so it wasn’t too far. Having a kitchen was really convenient; we prepared our breakfast and dinner and enjoyed eating out on the balcony, which was lovely. The pool was also fun, and the host was helpful.

The only issue was with the toilet — sometimes the water pressure was very low. Sometimes we had to use a container to manually flush it after use. That was the only downside during our stay.

The location is perfect.The staff are first class and will go the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect for your stay. The garden restaurant has an amazing view and the food was the best we had in Kusadasi. A wonderful family run hotel with a great staff,we cannot speak highly of Asia and our thanks to manager Ali and owner Hilal and family for making our stay so memorable. Very highly recommended. 😎

The apartment was located 15 minutes walk from centrum. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean although a bit dated.

We were on the top floor and there were no lifts. There was no cleaning done ie changing sheets and towels.

The location is great , the pool , lovely sunset and sunrise . The staff was amazing . A big shout out to the restaurant of the hotel , the chef there cooked us fish , salads , kebabs and is so so good . All in all a great vacation .

Everything was perfect but Mr. Ali is the best!!! We have never met such kind and helpful host. Very good brekfast, spacious balcony, bright and clean apartment with great sea view...everything someone need for summer holiday. Exceptional!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, room was comfortable, pool and pool area lovely and clean, easy access to bus routes to either the harbour or ladies beach. Highly recommend for the easy going, no ties holiday

A fantastic location with a wonderful view of the sea and the sunsets and the location is rustic and green. The staff were amazing and provided dinner and breakfast made at the gorgeous restaurant on the property. The apartment was clean and roomy and I was so comfortable there.
