The staff were friendly and helpful, for example one female reception staff member took the time to advise and help organise my next transport to Ayvalik, which was greatly appreciated. The pool was clean and sparkling. The breakfast was freshly prepared. The view from my room was beautiful overlooking the sea. The room was quiet which enabled me to rest well after a long flight.

My room could have been a little cleaner. The drawers in the loungeroom still had crumbs from the previous customer. I understand this is challenging when it is summer and busy.

Fantastic view, professional personnel and care on clients" needs,

The place is located on a hill about 15-20 minutes walk from downtown or 15-20 minutes from the Ladies beach, in a very nice and quite residential area. There are some local restaurants nearby, which were super cheap compared with downtown and quite delicious. The lady at reception spoke very good English, probably the best throughout my entire trip in Turkey. The apartment was very spacious and clean, WiFi was strong and the breakfast was quite decent. I recommend the La Bella Suit, if I visit Kusadası again, I will definitely stay here again. There is no dedicated parking, but I was visiting in off-season, so the entire street was empty and there was no issue with the parking.

The terrace is quite small, it can barely fit a chair, and there is no space for a table, so you cannot work there (I had to do some work during my visit). This is not a big problem if you are on vacation though, as you will probably not be spending too much time inside.

Staff was welcoming and kind. Room was big enough and very clean. Public parking in front of the hotel. 2 bottles of water every day. Big fridge in the room.

During our stay the breakfast was the same with small changes. They have a small variety of food from which you can choose.(E.g no yogurt, no hot milk). When I asked what we could drink at the breakfast they gave us options including Turkish Coffee. After three days they told us that the Turkish coffee is not free and we have to pay for that. Clearly I said I will not pay and they agreed with me. In the last day when I ordered two espresso (they are free at the breakfast) we received a very bad coffee (I think it was only one coffee with extra water for both) comparing with other days. I don't know if this was intentionally or not but for me it looks intentionally. Added a photo with the bad coffee.

Location is in the centre on the very top of the Kusadasi city. Close to the local stores, tourist gem market/bazaar, perfect view. 15 min down to the city beach area Good breakfast, mostly Turkish dishes Exceptional personnel’s attitude and care

Management should fix little imperfections: broken tiles, locks, baseboards

The room was amazing, light & airy with beautiful sea views . The Turkish breakfast was incredible - so much to chose from & so tasty . The staff were the friendliest staff I have ever met & so helpful . Great position 15 minute walk into town & the number 5 bus up & down if you didn’t want to walk only cost 15 TL each way ! I loved this stay , one of my favourites ever !

The property is at a nice location, walking distance from Ladies Beach and close to the Kusadasi castle as well. Amazing view of the sea from our room! Has parking available and a cute cafe for breakfast. The room was spacious and breakfast was decent for vegetarians. The staff is courteous

While staff is courteous, English language was a bit of a challenge. Our room was a suite however there was no AC in the room but only 1 in the hall

Hotel situated in a quiet neighborhood, with fantastic views of the Aegean Sea. Easy parking in the same street of the hotel. Suite with bathroom, living room and bedroom, great for stays of more than 1 night (we were 2 nights). A good breakfast-buffet was included with the price of the room. Ephesus is 20 minutes driving from the hotel. The best of our stay: the staff, they were so friendly and warm during the time we were there. Everything! The location is perfect, all windows of the suite have views on the sea, not obstructed by other building. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is tasty and there is plenty enough quantity. The suite has been renovated not long ago to a good standard and with taste. Among the two best places we stayed at during our 5 weeks trip in Turkey.

Only regret is not to have planned more time in Kusadasi to enjoy the suite and the views even more!
