Stayed with my 25 year old daughter and 22 year old son as a home base to visit Ephesus and the surrounding areas. Kusadasi what such a pleasant surprise as a whole and we really enjoyed the town and the beach that this hotel was on. We were on the go our whole time there and really only used the hotel at night to sleep but it was the in the perfect location and so enjoyable to jump in the ocean in the evening after long days of touring before getting ready to hit the town.

If I had to say anything it would be the door to our room was a hollow door, that tie lock was a pain to open.

The hotel is conveniently located a few steps from the beach and really close to the main street where you would arrive with your car or taxi. The staff and owners were very friendly. The room with a view, although simple, has a superb view of the entire Kadinlar Beach. We loved the location, a little bit away from the most touristic and crowded spots (near the harbor). The beach is perfect to relax and swim. Much of our pleasant stay at Kusadasi was due to picking this beachfront hotel and staying at Kadinlar Beach. You´re also only 20 min away from Ephesus by car.

Breakfast is good, but it isn´t self service. They bring you a tray with everything in it. That wasn´t much of a problem, but it´s important to notice in case you´re used to self service and a lot of variety. Every morning you will get the same breakfast option. Shower could have more pressure. Make sure to ask about parking lot in advance, their parking lot is located 250m away from the hotel so you will have to drag your luggage a bit.

Right in front of the beach and the sunsets which were fantastic. With balcony with sitting space. Could sit there for hours to enjoy this incredible view. Everything was quiet from here. Rooms with air condition. Excellent breakfast with very kind staff all around. We enjoyed it fully. Thank you very much!

Too much music. The scenery and restaurant without the music (or just too loud) was so much better during the hours without music.

The location was perfect right across from the beach with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. I had a medical emergency and the owner could not have been more helpful assisting me to reach a Dr navigate the health system and the pharmacy. We were a long way from home and felt worried and the support of the owner was much appreciated. It's a family run business and as guests we were treated with the same care given to family.

The location and view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are very friendly great customer service. The food was gorgeous with a great menu and choice. It was a lovely relaxing stay. The beautiful ladies beach was only a few yards away, Everything was accessible and there are taxis and mini bus facilities very close by that take you to the city centre or wherever you want to go.

Location close to the beach and restaurants, room with terrace and marvelous view, nice breakfast and friendly staff.

The room we were given was a little bit small, and even if clean the old furniture makes it look less neat (yet, we did not mind during our short stay). Also, at arrival we were told that their parking was not available at the moment due to electrical fault, thus they suggested we parked in the street behind (but be aware it can be hard to find a spot).

I wish they have an allocated area on the beach

Good location, right by the beach, taxi rank and number 5 bus stop just 100m. Number 5 will take you into centrum where the castle is. Great food at the restaurant and fantastic staff.

Location was great. A restaurant with lots of options downstairs and the beach right in front of you.

The apartments are not modern but they are well conserved.

All the workers were extremely nice, we had a great view from the balcony and the beach was less then 5 min away
