Efficient on site restaurant with opening hours suitable for early and late arrivals. Very large clean comfortable room and en suite. Excellent free shuttle service to airport on the half hour.

The shower is visually pleasing, in a raised bath, a few feet off the ground and it's inserted in a plinth. There are no steps or handrails and is quite difficult to access. I sat on the side and got in, but there was nothing to hold onto and no shower screen. Very difficult and unsafe for very young, older or any person with a mobility issues.

Breakfast was very good with choices of local and European food on offer with people making fresh coffee and tea and other people cooking eggs as required, friendly staff always helpful . Room clean and comfortable, always cleaned and tidied when we went out, we arrived early but were able to leave our luggage with reception and go away for a while and get lunch room was available upon return, staff very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked to be able to get hot and cold drinks whilst relaxing at the pool.

Closeness to Airport was excellent. Arrangements for shuttle to / from airport was very good. Restaurant was quite good. Staff and facilities were very good. There was a breakfast pack a very early start. It was unexpected and quite satisfactory.

Effectively my room had no view - the window overlooked a roof and aircon and power supply equipment. There were other rooms with views from windows and these may have been better although a small amount more that I would have paid if aware in time.

Very close to the airport and the free shuttle made travel so easy! I was able to pay for a late check out, which meant no 9 hr wait at the airport for a late evening flight. The mini bar snacks were reasonably priced, and you could buy more at the restaurant.

The hot water was only warm, and with no curtain, the shower got the whole bathroom wet. The so-called terrace was teeny, more of an aircon ledge than anything. No room for a chair even!

Convenient, airport pick up was fast even with a big group, (read the instructions in the email), we didn t get to enjoy the breakfast or pool because we had another flight in the morning but the facility was spacious and clean. I would love to stay there again another time. Bathroom also had a bathtub, which was nice.

The price was reasonable, the rooms were clean, we received a complimentary fruit platter and beverage at restaurant, and a “to go” breakfast with the airport shuttle

The pictures on the website made the rooms and overall appearance of the hotel, appear bigger than they actually were. Our booking stated “views of the city”, but we got a view of a brick wall/building

Needed airport hotel for overnight stay, airport shuttle and reasonable price. This hotel ticks all these boxes. Staff are great , shuttle is quick and drivers polite and helpful. Room is clean , decent sized with stocked fridge.

Only minor complaint was lack of tv channels but that is minor.

We selected this location due to an 8-hour layover. We only slept a few hours, and the beds were comfortable.

The shower was weird. The deep bathtub requires a big step to climb in, and the showerhead is too low and close to the wall, causing water to flow outside the bathtub rim to the floor.

Easy shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, very clean and comfortable room. Food was delicious and I appreciated the breakfast takeaway box to take to the airport with me.

1) The room and toilet is spacious 2) The airport transfer service is available. 3) Great location to airport which is no traffic jammed and can arrive earlier less than 10 mins. 4) Welcoming guest with fruits n juice is awesome. 5) Massage service inside room is best but only the price is too high and expensive. 6) Near to the market and mall.

1) The hotel lobby area is hot no aircon. 2) The hotel didn't provide the luggage trolley. 3) The hotel receptions is not friendly. 4) The hotel didn't provide iron and iron board until we requested and takes too long. 5) NO HALAL FOOD provided at the restaurant for muslims.
