Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly.

The room needed some small fixings, no mat for the shower was provided, and the soap and gel bottles were empty. A blanket would’ve been useful to have.

This is a very nice resort. Pity it suffers a little from recession. Some restaurants are closed and they try to make money out of a small things like the gym for example. 10eur a day(but you also have access to the wellness with indoor pool)... And only open from 18 to 22. But!!!!! That beach pool makes it all worth the money. See my picture. Briefly... Some things are starting to be dated but with that beach and the accès to Ferrari land and PortAventura world it is a nice holiday resort for families with children.

Room was lovely was anxious looking at previous reviews of ants and cockroaches, needed have worried was it was not an issue. Staff were very friendly especially cleaning staff and staff in restaurant in Club San Juan and Albert in Main Bar. Portaventura Park worked really well with express passes as did Ferrari Land. Would highly recommend Club San Juan if you can as worth it to have breakfast anytime between 8 and 10.30 and not have to book slots and between 7 to 8.30 in evening there was cava, water, juices, crisps, breadstick, olives you could help yourself to. The private pool in Club San Juan was also lovely and not busy. Also you get your express passes for Portaventura Park included as I booked in February I had 4 days express passes but think that has now changed to 1 which is a bit disappointing.

Distance from park like others said the train they used to have would have been much handier as is very hot walking in daytime. Most lifeguards were lovely but there was one that would not let you wear sunglasses in the pool, I dont understand the issue with sunglasses as my daughter has prescription sunglasses so needs them to see properly. Caribe Aqua Park was disappointing paid for express passes but still had to queue quite a while for rides just gave up in the end, they shouldn't sell express if it is not going to be express

Pool: very nice, clean and well serviced. Lifeguards on duty were excellent Food: good options and variety for vegetarians, very good quality. Well managed, never rushed during breakfast or dinner. Staff: excellent, very helpful. The restaurant staff were especially helpful and nice to deal with

Room: a little small for 3 adults, pull-out bed was not very comfortable. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, sticky toy stuck to the ceiling which was not removed at any point during our stay. We could also hear the residents in the next room, especially in the bathroom where I could actually hear what they were saying. Check in: we were not informed about the loyalty bonus/points when checking in, only found out on our last day through another guest.

We love this hotel and have travelled here for many years. The only thing I would call out this time is that the Coral Reef restaurant was closed, The Tapas restaurant was open but we did not eat there as it was very quiet each evening. Appreciate the buffet restaurant was available and also that it was end of season so all understandable, not an issue for us as we did travel to town for food each night as don't have young kids but could be an issue for families with small children. Overall though this is a fabulous resort and we always enjoy our visit - is within walking distance to Park and we had access included with hotel stay and could come and go as much as we wanted which was great with teenagers. When we checked out on 11/9 the pools were closed and hotel seemed to be closing up but again understandable mid September. We will definitely return.

The location of the hotel is amazing, close to the airport so short taxi ride, and walking distance to the theme parks. The meals were brilliant with a great selection for the kids (we have no dietary requirements). The hotel pool was brilliant, there is a pool set up like a beach so no slippery tiles and a shallow walk into the water. All the staff were wonderful. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our short trip.

For us, the only negative thing was the sofa bed. It was not the most comfortable place to sleep for an adult and I worried about my son falling down the sides of the bed into the metal frame. The kids slept on the big bed with my partner and I tolerated the sofa...!

Great value for money as it basically costs nothing since you get free park access within the hotel rate. You can get park access early in the morning at your check-in and enjoy it till the end of the next day. Super helpful. Good Wifi coverage as well.

Queues were just enormous everywhere. But we were visiting on a school holiday so it was expected. And even if I could understand a queue in the park, it was not the best experience to queue for breakfast for more than 30 minutes just to access the restaurant. The breakfast itself wasn't good either but you can hardly find anything better in the park so better take it.

The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the food in the buffet was delicious and the staff was friendly.

Some of the staff did not speak English, however, whenever this happened, the members of staff were nice enough to guide us to another coworker who was able to help and communicate with us. This happened when we went to the hotel's buffet. I also would have liked a little more information on how the accumulated points and the card worked during our check in.

The room had a perfect size for a family of 4 people. It was clean, modern, beautiful. I loved the swimming pools, especially the one with sand, the gardens are beautifully and peacefull. You really could think that you're in the Caribbean. Portaventura was just to 5-10 minutes walk. We parked the car and did not move for the stay. It's quite in the night. The breakfast and dinner buffet are great, there is something for everyone ( from children to parents). You need to book your slot.

This is not related to the hotel, but I did not like that you have to wait in Portaventura for the rides, some of them almost 1 hour, so we did not do a lot of rides.

Great resort 10 min walk from PortAventura. Even though we were there in the high season there are plenty of space in the pools, sand beach and surrounding areas. When you are traveling with kids places like this just works 😊. We stayed in the standard rooms with full board. We only tried restaurant Bohio buffet – not gourmet food but you will find something for everyone. Variety of food is huge. Considering the price includes entrance to Ferrari Land and Portaventura Word makes it a really good deal.
