I liked that the rooms are very quiet. There must be sound proofing between the walls because there were people near us on our floor but the rooms were incredibly quiet! Also the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Everyone on the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming too!

Nothing. I would stay there again. It is in a GREAT location too! Everything was an easy walk... restaurants, shopping, the beach.

The room was super clean and nice. Great location. The entire hotel smelled good. The roof top pool was beautiful. This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in Hilton Head out of the many I have stayed.

They had no free breakfast. However, A restaurant right in front of the hotel and we went out the hotel front door right into the restaurant for the breakfast. The restaurant had great breakfast. I have stayed at other hotels that had free breakfast, but it was not as nice of a hotel as this one. It was okay not to have free breakfast.

As you enter the hotel you will notice that the entire lobby area has a fresh and clean smelling aromatherapy. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was very nice. The location is perfect for walking to shops, beach and lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Although there was a small coffee maker in the room, we would have preferred a Keurig machine.

This hotel was very clean and smelled amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Its in a great location walking distance to the beach, shopping, and tons of great dining options. The roof top pool and bar was so much fun. The bar tender Chad was great and made me a frozen drink I found online called wedding cake. They also have fires setup on the roof at night time which was very relaxing.

The only thing we did not like about our stay here is the mattress was very uncomfortable, it almost felt old and hollow in the middle but that could just be a personal preference. Also the pillows weren’t great either but again that could just be personal preference or just the room we had.

The location is great. The staff were very nice and helpful. Facilities were clean.

One elevator broke while we were there. The peep hole in our door was installed upside down and could not be closed. We were told that if we put dirty towels outside our door, clean ones would be placed outside our door and that did not happen. We were there 3 days. We were able to receive what we needed from the front desk, such as, coffee, towels, etc. I believe we were in room 210. I was unable to access the internet.

The hotel was less than a five minute walk from the beach and a variety of food, shops and activities. The rooftop pool and bar area was a plus with live entertainment on Friday and Saturday (the jerk tacos were amazing!)

Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay, and the drains in both the sink and tub were slightly clogged.

The location was perfect and in the midst of everything.

The breakfast menu was lacking and the food was severely overpriced. No microwave in the rooms was a frustrating inconvenience. Also the elevator didn’t work. The refrigerator was very small and didn’t keep the food cold unless you hit the button every two hrs to programed it.

WE HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES AND LOVE THE LOCATION .....

THE STAFF AND CLEANING PEOPLE WASN'T THE NICEST AT ALL ......AND PLEASE GET THE ELEVATOR FIXED ...THAT WASN'T PLEASANT AT ALL ONLY HAVING ONE !!!!

Roof top was great, coffee bar was fantastic. Rooms were awesome. Area was peaceful, location was perfect

Fitness center didn't have much amenities, did not receive much room service for towels when called. Every other day cleaning was just trash removal and a towel swap
