Lovely clean low key hotel in a great location. Clean pool and well kept gardens. Breakfast was extensive and something for everyone. Location of hotel is perfect! A 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. A 15 minute walk to the busier area and then slightly longer to the Old Town. The thing that stood out for us was the friendly group of young staff. Always happy to make conversation. Very polite and made time for us. Communication with hotel whilst we had issues with our travel to them was quick and put our minds at ease. We will certainly be returning!

I am a wheelchair user and travelled alone to Sozopol and stayed at Hotel Sunny for 7 nights. The staff at the hotel are so understanding, very supportive through out my stay at Hotel Sunny. The front desk officers Aleksandar, Irina, Maria and restaurant / bar staff members - Miroslova, Veselin & others whose name I have forgotten (apologies) are wonderful with their services. The management team member - Iliyan and the owners Jordan & family were wonderful - they made me to feel like as if I was at home. Breakfast was fantastic - particularly the sausages. Do not miss chicken soup and anchovies fry - the out of all. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are travelling with families.

The staff were really helpful. We had booked a sea view room but the trees were so tall we only had 'a tree view'. Also the shower was broken. I told reception and the shower was fixed immediately and I was offered a different room. We left a poster behind and they arranged a courier to deliver it to our next hotel! Breakfast was decent and a good coffee machine!

The location of the hotel is good near the beach. Breakfast was also delicious

I did not like the fact that I was informed at check-in that I had to pay extra for parking. Subsequently, it turned out that the remaining spaces were not suitable for my car and I drove it to another parking lot.

The stay was really great! We enjoyed so much and we are looking forward to coming back again 😀

Some of the things at the pool bar were paid even if we were all inclusive which is not quite well.

We got to stay in room 409, which has a small balcony with a beautiful view over the sea. The room was spacious enough, large bed with comfy matreses, and the bathroom surprisingly large: the shower has a good size, and with the curtains drawn the water is not splashing outside of it, and the basin edge area has lots of space for all the toiletries. We had breakfast included, and the hotel is serving a variety of dishes, both salty and sweet, all very tasty, plus beverages like coffee specialties, hot chocolate, milk, and sodas. The pool area is very nice, with lots of sun beds and umbrellas, the courtyard is well kept and clean, and there's also a terrace where you enjoy your breakfast, a meal or a drink during the day. Lastly, the staff was very polite, and helpful, so we already look forward to returning to Sunny Hotel for our next vacation.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of variety. The location was very close to the beach and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The bathroom and balcony doors had some minor issues, but other than that everything was great!

Pool was very nice. Breakfast very generous !

15 bgn for the dog. 15bgn for parking. And no water in the room result :5bgn per bottle.... Nice hotel but very basic and all in extra. 4 stars just for the pool and the breakfast....

We stayed in the new block the room was very modern and spacious

Breakfast - ok, cleaning service-ok, the room - ok, the old city center is amazing - like in Greece.

The water from the pool was a bit cold, but maybe was the season - September and the temperature outside was not like in the summer. Some dishes from breakfast, which were supposed to be hot, were a bit cold.
