Loved the location on a quiet, interesting street just a 10 min walk to the very heart of the city (Rosary Quay, the Markt etc). Really friendly, helpful staff who give us restaurant recommendations, ordered taxis, stored our luggage etc. Nice little bar and courtyard for a drink. And if you're staying in July and August then the canal 3 mins round the corner (Coupure Canal) has a roped off swimming area and a wooden pontoon - it's free, has a couple of changing cubicles and 2 cold showers. So refreshing as it was 35 degrees!!!

We liked everything. We thought the breakfast sounded expensive so didn't book it, but after eating breakfast out we realised that's a typical price in historic Bruges!

The location of the hotel is fantastic - right in the heart of Bruges, within walking distance to all the main attractions and picturesque streets. The rooms are spacious and clean, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The staff are very attentive and friendly, always ready to help. There's also a small swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city on foot :)

The facility is a bit noisy - there’s no sound insulation, so you can clearly hear your neighbours. Also, there is an extra charge for water in the room, which is unusual, as most hotels typically offer complimentary water.

We had a booking for 2 rooms and asked for them to be close together. As the hotel was busy, they were only able to put us on the same floor which still worked out ok for us. The rooms are clean, comfortable and we have no complaints. The hotel provided car parking and electric car charging points which worked out very well for us as we were able to charge our car whilst staying there. The hotel is perfectly located just outside the main market. It took us approx 6-7 minutes to walk to the main market and because of the hotels location we were able to visit the market on multiple occasions each day. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool. The children really enjoyed the pool, however, the water was a little cold. If we visit Brugge again, then we will try and book this hotel again.

Everything was fine with our stay. There is not much to dislike. We would have preferred to have the rooms closer together, however, the hotel did try and accommodate the best they can and the water tempreture in the pool could have been a little higher.

The location was great, very close to the historical centre. Walking distance to all places, transport not needed. If you go by car, parking is available but at extra cost. Friendly service and Bayram was also very helpful. Bruges is beautiful and i highly recommend it.

We liked everything about the hotel but one small note - the bottled water in the rooms were not complimentary. We were charged for using these which I don’t think should be placed in sight if not free. I understand soft drinks and alcohol charge but for water I was shocked.

We got the duplex room, which had everything you could want! There was a kettle and fridge provided, the bathroom had a bidet, bathtub and separate shower, 2 basins and they provided plenty of towels and 2 robes. It's within walking distance of everything and they provide parking (at an additional cost), they were also flexible on how long we could keep the car there the day of our check out. The breakfast was also superb!

I'd recommend tinting the windows for the swimming pool as you can see through from the outside. There didnt appear to be any ventilation in the bathroom and you cant open the window

This was our second visit to the hotel. We last went in 2019 and it did not disappoint. Located in a pretty and peaceful street, yet only a few minutes walk from the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a club room which was bigger than the standard room with a small balcony which was a nice bonus in the hot weather. The small indoor swimming pool overlooking the pretty courtyard was lovely after a hot day of touring the city. And a rarity as not many of the hotels in this price range or even some of the more expensive ones have indoor pools.. The hotel bar has a good selection of cocktails and mocktails. Lots of cafes nearby for breakfast.. Would definitely stay again.

It would be nice if the pool was open till a bit later till around 10 pm, as a late evening swim would have been nice. But this is only a very minor point.

I travelled with my wife, mother and two sisters for a belated family birthday, that was originally cancelled due to UK's covid restrictions a few years earlier. I'm so glad that we rebooked to stay at the Flanders Hotel. Every single member of staff that we met was very friendly and helpful We had exceptional breakfast every day that we were there - great start to the day. The options catered for all tastes in our group of five. My wife noted how great the staff were at breakfast, always keeping an eye on the food areas and making us feel welcome. Lovely bar area with outdoor seating. We spent a few late nights in the bar and found the bar tender (alas I didn't catch his name) was an ideal host The rooms were very comfortable and the air-con made all the difference. Location was ideal, being in set in an area that was just 10 minutes walk from centre Sadly we didn't get time to use the pool - our loss I think

Bed was a little too hard - but that's just down to personal taste, so hardly a negative point

Unbelievable location, right in the center of Bruges, with on site parking (the parking is pretty expensive though and there is underground nearby if you want an alternative). You'll pay an additional city tax on the room. Great rooms witha super comfy bed and ultra hot, high pressure shower, it was WOW WOW WOW (we'd just finished the first leg of a 9 country motorcycle ride). You get a voucher for a drink at the bar (and the bar is excellent and very stylish). Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of varierty for people who don't like carbs, penty of meats, cheeses and vegetables. Really enjoyed staying here. Didn't use the pool though! Super!

Rooms on lower floors are near a pond that has lots of mosquitos and some of our group got bitten to hell despite the mesh on the windows. Honestly - this is a minor minor complaint about a near faultless hotel.

This was a small but nice place to stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They gave us recommendations for their favourite local places to eat. The courtyard and swimming pool area was a quiet and tranquil place to be after our long journey. Car parking was close to our room and easy to access. Anything we needed to know, the Reception staff helped us. We wanted to stay somewhere close to the city centre, and this was close, but still in a quieter road. We liked it here and would stay here again.

There unfortunately wasn't a restaurant at the hotel, and we would have liked this given how comfortable the rest of the hotel was.

What a gem of a hotel, the staff were so friendly, helpful and made us feel so welcome. The location is perfect, literally a short stroll to the main square and the parking takes all the stress away from worrying where to park. I wouldn’t hesitate in staying at the hotel again, the breakfast this morning was great and the kids loved the swimming pool. We had a fantastic stay in Brugge so a huge thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making it so special.
