The location was perfect for our needs (Breyerfest), the hotel very clean, nice landscaping, VERY dog friendly (really wish we had brought our Pom). Our room was straightened up every day, unlike in lots of other hotels, which was great because we always seem to have a lot of trash and hotel trash cans are never large enough for take out containers, etc. The Starbucks was useful for us early risers and the main restaurant was solid, if not spectacular, though expensive for dinner. For breakfast there was a buffet as well as menu service. At about 4:30 PM, Kentucky Cocktails were served gratis in the main lobby. The outside pool area looked really nice, but we didn't have a chance to use it. There is also a decent sized indoor pool. The parking lot is large and there is a connection of sorts with the Clarion next door, which is very useful if your aim is to travel on foot between the two. It's about 8 minutes to the Kentucky Park.

1. The bathroom doors are odd, two opaque glass doors that slide together and meet in the middle; they did not want to stay closed and would creep open while you were in there, much to the consternation of our daughter. 2. The refrigerator is inside a cabinet on the floor, so it's hard to reach and dark inside, as well as tiny. The little, open freezer space went crazy on our second day there and filled the space with ice, so we had to pry our drinks out and our can of seltzer exploded. Beware tall cans because they won't fit standing up and they will roll out if not carefully wedged in. Also, the outer door of the cabinet opened to the right, but the refrigerator door opened to the left and that made getting into it even harder.

Great location and big!! The property is so big its easy to feel like no one is there or that you have space. Its very pet friendly, our dogs loved it. A lot of green space to walk our dogs. The pools were great and my kids had so much fun! We love staying here!!

Some parts seems old and run down. Like the hallway walls and carpet and doors. But I think that comes with obvious wear and tear.

The property was beautiful. I wish I could have explored it more. It was in a good location and the staff was great. The breakfast was catered for the event, I think by the hotel. It was good, just was sometimes cold because the containers didn't heat very well.

The beds were uncomfortable for me. One night my back was incredibly messed up. The other thing is that there are traffic jams on the road that you turn into the hotel at. That's not really the hotel's fault, just something to be aware of.

One of the best hotels we stayed in US. Surrounded by the beautiful gardens and golf courses , it offers a very relaxing, resort style atmosphere everywhere. Modern design, comfort, ideal clearness and very friendly make it a great place to stay. We really appreciated late check out provided us with no charge, Definitely would be back

I liked everything, it was absolutely amazing, the only thing I didn't like was the bed. It made my body hurt, it was not comfortable. Besides that I loved it.

The bed. Not comfortable at all, i toss and turn the whole time i was there. And i don't have any problems sleeping.

Nice location. Good golf course. Nice pools.

Booked a King room with pool view. First night stay they gave us a room with double beds and no pool view. I am 6'8 and my wife is 6'3. The beds were too small. Resort was sold out first night. Had to wait until next night to change rooms .

Bed mattress could be a little more comfy

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room with a balcony was very nice

The inside swimming pool and spa was closed down and the outside spa was closed. The outside pool was open but very dirty with all kinds of bugs dead in the water. Couldn't seim without the bugs in the water. Made it very nasty

Very relaxing and great place to stop if you are traveling north or south. The amenities are amazing. They even have a bourbon vending machine which I had never seen before.

They were really busy and did not keep the towels replenished at the pool. The staff member working the pool bar was very friendly.

Breakfast was good. Waitresses sometimes need more help in clearing tables.

The shower floor was not slippery until body gel is used. Then the floor became way too slippery. Need to change something?
