The staff at the reception was extremely friendly. He took the time to show me nice tourist spots and his favorite restaurants on the city map. All the staff there spoke both French and English. The room was super clean and quiet at night. The breakfast here was offered in a buffet style and had plenty of dishes.

The elevator might be a little bit staggered in the morning but acceptable. Also, some may find the hotel a little away from the SNCF station and the city center of Bordeaux. The former distance was okay for me, who solely carried two suitcases with two backpacks. Just be sure to pass the east exit. As to the second distance, the hotel is a 30-minute walk from the city center, and this could be tough for some. However, trams are well equipped in the city, and it takes 10 minutes to get to the nearest tram stop Sainte-Croix. Overall, the above points were still manageable for me.

Nice modern place with a mixed audience, mostly tourists and younger people, but also some business travelers and academics. Very friendly, helpful staff: they provided me with an extra chair when i needed it to work. Good breakfast but no restaurant. They do however make a quick pizza and coffee at the bar and sell some sandwiches at the reception: they try make the best of their options. Clean room with modern bathroom and good beds. The window could be opened partially for fresh air.

Walk to nearest tram was s bit longer then expected ca 10-15 minutes through a somewhat rough part of town. Some people may be uncomfortable walking back at night. Also keep in mind the hotel does not have a restaurant so you need to eat out. Or bring something to eat (they allow you to eat in your room). The room has only a tiny desk area, no chair to speak of an minimal lighting on the desk area. So it is hard if you need to work here.

Excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly (bien merçi Yannick!), the rooms are big and have good storage, the location is perfect

The only thing we missed was having complimentary coffee/ tea in the room, otherwise everything was perfect

The room had a good size for 2 people, it was very quiet and super clean with regular cleaning and tidying of the beds, the mattresses were really soft and comfortable and there was a variety of food on breakfast. The snacks they sell for 5,00€ in the reception (sandwich plus dessert) was also value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and within a more or less 20-minute walking distance from a lively area with restaurants, bars and attractions.

The area is neither touristic nor residential and the ambience of the buildings is awkward, a lot of them are currently being renovated. There is no closet in the room, just a couple of coat hangers and the design of the room is industrial and simplistic. There is neither fridge nor a coffee machine in the room but there is a kitchen on the ground floor for everyone to use.

We liked the room though it was small it had almost everything that we needed. The room and facilities were modern and well designed. The hotel had fully stocked kitchen (equipment wise) and available to all. The breakfast was very good and well priced. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful.

The area is being going through a reconstruction phase so there’s a lot of construction going on. The hotel is a bit far from the center, about 20 minutes of walk. You can take the tram to the center at the train station which is about 6 minutes walk. It would help if the hotel would provide with direction how to get from the train station to the hotel. The ship train cut is a bit tricky if you rely on the map.

The staff was exceptional. They bent over backwards to help you in any way they could. Moreover they were obviously hired for their friendly, helpful and outgoing nature. If every business had staff like that, every one of those businesses would be thriving with return customers! That by far was the best part of the stay. Oh, and the beds were amongst the best I have ever slept in despite the simplicity of the setup.

The location while in close proximity to the train station, was in a pretty sketchy neighboirhood. A lot of construction, poorly maintained streets and sidewalks and a lot of itinerant people.

Location was perfect for us - central and close to the train and tram station. The area is currently being regenerated, and will take a bit of time to be seen as upmarket but we didn't feel unsafe at any time. All the staff at reception were very friendly and efficient throughout our contact with them. We were delighted to be able to leave our bags in the luggage room in reception before we could check in later that afternoon and also after we checked out the following day - that's a fantastic service for when you have an extra day to explore Bordeaux before leaving! We really appreciated the welcome drink vouchers and Rugby World Cup gift bag too! Our room was very clean and modern, with comfortable beds, phone charging ports and a lovely shower in the bathroom.

I really liked the decor and the atmosphere. Industrial design with wood is very warm. The games available as well as the bar are very valuable, especially when the weather is not nice outside. The staff is very smiling and available. Having a super well-equipped shared kitchen with a washing machine is just exceptional.The room is super modern and equipped with USB outlets to charge phones. The shower is large and works very well. The room was bright and well organized

The only thing that I didn't really like was the distance from public transport (about 10 min. on foot) and the neighborhood around the hotel which is a bit run down. I found it a shame not to be able to just have a coffee and a croissant in the morning. Because the 11 Euro package was a bit expensive for just a coffee and croissant.

Breakfast was excellent value with a wide selection of items to choose from regardless of dietary requirements. Always a friendly welcome at the door to breakfast by staff. No problem getting a seat each morning. Very pleasant atmosphere. Staff genuinely friendly throughout experience. Always welcomed when returning back to hotel. Staff really helpful with any questions /queries. Ample luggage room to store bags after checkout Comfy beds and good shower. Room is basic with no safe, chairs or tea/coffee facilities however comfortable if only required room to sleep in Have a kitchen which enable families to cook own meals if needed. Kid friendly

The hotel is in an up and coming area which is a bit shabby currently however easily accessible to train station and direct bus from airport drop off point. Tram stop is near hotel so easy to access the city centre rather than walking The hotel is working on improving its sustainability. It would be a good idea to have recyclable bins in the hotel rooms and around the hotel for guests to separate packaging/ paper from other rubbish

The hotel is modern , bright and spotlessly clean with reliable free WiFi. It's only a 5 minute walk to St Jean train station which is handy as the airport bus, Lianes 1, drops off right outside there for only €1.70. There is a bar which serves pizza in the evening if you don't feel like going out. Rooms are super modern, bright, airy, functional and our private bathroom was beautiful with towels, complimentary toiletries and hairdryer. Beds are so comfortable and firm. Windows can be opened which we really appreciated. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and really helpful (and speak English.) The optional continental breakfast has a good choice and is plentiful. Overall a great hotel stay at a great price! Highly recommended!
