This hotel is very central to all I need and my relatives and friends. Staff are generally friendly

1st. No answer in the room service number and the call doesn’t automatically go to front desk if unanswered like other hotels. 2. The server wanted cash and was a bit pushy about it but I never had,and offered no receipt. 3. I am very used to being called as a reminder for check-out, but today it was as if I was chased. Suggestion to give staff customer engagement scripts if language translations are challenges in a multilingual environment.

Rawan was very helpful, friendly and professional on arrival. Tnx to the morning receptionist and security who helped me so fast as I parked my car in the parking for the restaurant. Habuk’s food is also the best. Every Ramadan I always do an Iftar at the hotel

The reception staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Ms Reemza in particular. The Manager, Mr Bassam, gave me personal attention and was very supportive with his local knowledge of the city and country.

The room was newly renovated and very clean and modern. It did not look like in the pictures at all. I was positively surprised and felt very comfortable.

The fragrance or air refresher sprayed in the room corridores is a little bit too much and overwhelming.

The staff were really professional and kind. Room service were quick and good. The only thing is i wish the chromecast was working and if inform the gust with regards to the HDMI cable. Other than that everything was great and loved it.

Very clean and professionally maintained room. I stayed in old building in a room with good ventilation and view. The weather was nice. We enjoyed the fresh breeze therein. Thank you Khalid and Zainab for all the time and help at reception desk. Everything in continetal breakfast was amazing, well prepared and presented. Yasin and rest of staff are very good there.

The check in time as there was a queue and only 1 staff was there to accommodate. Gym needs good maintenance please.

The Hotel is great. All Staff are professional and supportive, very willing to serve you and help as much as they can. I really felt comfortable and would certainly go back there whenever I can.

Pls consider adjusting the spray of the water system in the garden. I washed my car before check in and then it got wet and looked terrible (according to me)
