Of course the location is perfect Room is spacious Room is clean Furniture not old Beds are comfy Stuff all have a big smile on there faces especially the stuff of the restaurant they did there best to provide us with what we want (All of them were very helpful)
Food was not as expected (actually most of the food was below average to BAD) WiFi connectivity was very bad Inspite that we booked 2 adults and 2 kids 12 and 13 with breakfast but the hotel changed us 2000 SAR for the kids saying that kids stay in room for free but I have to pay them any utilities

Very good location. Breakfast spread was awesome.
The staffs. They are all stuck up like as if i stayed for free. Could and should have been better given this is Conrad, a Hilton group of companies. And the booking i made came with breakfast when i booked under 2 adults 2 children, but was told to pay 706 Riyal for my children as they say booking made with breakfast only for adults. This is not my first time using Booking.com. Never encountered this problem before. Didn’t complain and paid. They said it’s in the hotel policy which was not indicated during selection of rooms. Be honest, it goes a long way. Especially in Haram.

I loved the comfortable room, i had booked room with 2 queen beds but they upgraded and gave me a room with 2 queen and 2 single beds. The breakfast is amazing, staff is very well trained and they do their best to accomodate everything you ask for. The location is excellent, just 3 minutes to Haram king Fahad gate.
Location is excellent but during peak rush periods like year end or Ramadan, police closes the nearest entrances towards Haram an hour or so before Salah so one should either go an hour before or you have to walk all the way to King Abdullah Extension (aprox 7 minutes) and pray there.

Amazing property, lovely rooms comfy beds good size bathrooms and good views. Housekeeping was excellent
Noise from next door disturbed us had to complain to reception and also get them to speak to the people in the next room. Also did not like that the lights dont allow you to control from the room properly you are forced to turn off from the front door and side lights don’t work. Also was not told about the tax which was charged afterwards when I checked out. Not all staff are able to speak English well or conversationally. Some staff is excellent some was. On existent - expect higher standard of English from top hotel so this was frustrating and annoying and disappointing!

Breakfast variety was absolutely amazing and the service, especially Mohammed Helaal was so helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect and the view was breathtaking.
The bathroom was not up to our standard. We had to keep asking for a bath mat and all the water was Pouring out of the shower. Also the doors would close with a loud bang which would wake up anyone sleeping. This is just a minor thing to improve.

I’ve stayed at Conrad Makkah many times over the years, especially during Eid, and every visit feels like coming back home. It’s a place where me and my kids always feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. From the spotless rooms to the unbeatable location just steps from the Haram, everything here makes our trips smooth and memorable. This recent stay was extra special thanks to the amazing staff. A huge thank you to Muhammad Ali, the Honors Manager, who truly went above and beyond for us. Despite the hotel being at full occupancy, he somehow managed to extend our stay by another day and keep our two rooms connected — a lifesaver for a family traveling together. On top of that, he helped get my previous balance adjusted, which I deeply appreciate. I also want to thank Ms. Amal and Ms. Norah for their kindness and patience in helping me modify my previous booking and processing a special refund request after some last-minute travel hiccups. They handled everything with such professionalism and warmth that what could have been stressful became a smooth process. Breakfast here is always a highlight for my family — honestly one of the best in Makkah. Mr. Tayyab and a lovely lady (whose name I sadly can’t recall) made our mornings brighter with their friendly hospitality, making sure everything was perfect for us. The chefs at the egg station are fantastic — they get your eggs exactly the way you want, every single time. My kids love it, and so do I. Conrad Makkah isn’t just a hotel for us — it’s part of our family traditions. Every stay is filled with warmth, comfort, and care. To the entire team: thank you for making Makkah feel like home. We’ll be back, Insha’Allah, again and again. ❤️
If there’s one small change this year, it’s the parking arrangement. The hotel no longer manages it, and the cost has gone up from SAR 150 to SAR 210 per night, plus the fact you’re charged every time you exit is a bit inconvenient. But honestly, it’s a small trade-off for the overall experience we get here

Rooms are good and relatively spacious. Location is very good close to gate 79. Breakfast is good but can do with more protein options as the abundant variety hides a lack of solid proteins. Staff are generally supportive but internal communication seems to be a lacking in coordination.
Breakfast timing should be extended till late given most people are there for umrah and ziarat and they tend to do so late in the evenings or early morning hours, so it is highly unfair to close breakfast at 10.30am. It should continue until 11.30 at least. Security guards at the mall entrance are hit and miss whilst some are generally welcoming whilst others have some deep routed attitude problem. The reception needs more staff to deal with existing guests issues as often you have to wait in long queues behind new guests waiting to check in!

The location is close to Haram, the helpful cleaning guys and concierge guys. The breakfast was good. Wheelchair was free for my mom.
The doors, bolts, washing taps etc are age old .My bathroom door made noise.Main door wood was broken.Tje lifts are dangerous, shaky and age old. My room had connexting door with other room which was locked and given to otherguests.I could hear sounds of what people talking clearly from next room . The reception does not pick calls always. Overall good enough stay.

My family had two separate stay at the hotel. A 4 night stay and a separate 1 night stay. On the foot night I love that I could join the prayer in Haram from the comfort of my room. The cleaning staff came in everyday to clean and listen and fix any issues we had. I also loved the proximity to Haram and shops and lots of familiar fast food.
On our night stay we could not join the prayer in Haram from our room, which we factored in when planning the last leg of our trip. Another thing is mugs and cutleries I the rooms are not taking away for a steam. The cleaners just rinse them in the toilet sink which I find absurd.
