The communication from the hotel was good - we were given the precise itinerary to get to the hotel, and it was very easy to find. The staff spoke better English than in most of the hotels we stayed in. The location by the metro station was very handy, with a direct connection to the airport, and it's just a few minutes away from the main pedestrian Street, Nanjing Road and from the Bund. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well during our stay. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and shops/grocery stores too.

There were some problems with leaks - a fire escape door was not watertight, and the rain came in under the door and into the corridor, so there was a musty smell in the corridor. Also, the towels and bedclothes were left out in the corridor during our entire stay, along with some cleaning supplies, rather than leaving the corridor clear for hotel guests to pass by

Convenient location. Basic room but all you need when travelling. Would recommend but check the prices. Ended up being expensive for what it was.

Being overcharged 🥲

We stayed in the two-story room which was very comfortably sized. However, due to the size and many compartments in the second floor, it must have be difficult to do a thorough cleaning so there's quite abit of visible dust. The bed was comfortable and heating is great. Acoomodation was also conveniently located. There's a street with many local food options nearby. It is also walkable distance to attractions (e.g. the bund, nanjing road).

Perfect location, next to metro line 2 which goes straight to the Pudong airport, and metro line 10. The hotel is in Puxi hutong area, just 5-10 mins walk from the Bund. And one metro stop from the other Pudong side of the river and the skyscraper area. Good price for value that you can get, if your requirements for the hotel room are not very high. Bed was comfortable, beddings clean. Staff is friendly, English speaking and don't ask too much questions.

The room could be cleaner, cigarette smell in the room which is common in any middle level hotel in China, toilet paper in the hanger was dirty, I guess they forgot to change the roll after the previous visitor :))

Location was ideal - just a few mins walk to Nanjing Road and The Bund. Plenty of dining options nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. I booked the Deluxe Queen Suite which actually had 1 double bed and 1 single bed, so can comfortably sleep 3 persons. Staff could speak basic English and were super helpful.

The bathroom shower door could not close tightly so water leaked from the shower, There was a bit of a funky smell from the bathroom, but it was not unbearable. Price was on the high side but that could be because I stayed during peak period and booked at the last minute.

Location, walkable to The Bund attractions. The hotel itself may be in a small alley, not so fancy. But it has good access to everything. Staff at the reception is very helpful and can communicate well in English. They have a cute fat cat in the lobby. Good value for money.

Not that I don't like but the bathroom has glass wall with curtains outside. Might be weird if I come with a friend for a family member.

Rather large room with very nice bathroom. In addition to the bed and table, it had a little love seat (small sofa). The location is great; just a few steps to the MTR (lines 2 & 10 (exit 6)). About a 10-15 minute walk to the Bund. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The price made this a good deal.

The bed, while a queen size, was a 3 star hotel bed. Not bad, but not 4 stars either.

Location was excellent! It is just one street away from Nanjing Shopping Street which is also 7-8 mins walk away from The Bund. Metro is just 3 mins walk away. There is a lift, big lobby area and even a weighing scale for luggage. Was upgraded to a nicer room. Room was clean and free water given in room.

Water from shower cant seem to go to drain fully after shower. But it was not a big problem.

Very good stay in this hotel. It's very close to the Bund, just 5 minutes walk from the Line 2 subway station. It's very near the East Nanjing station. This was my main reason to stay there. But, it's also a walkable distance to 'downtown', to many shops/restaurants nearby. Very good amenities in the room, clean, spacious, A/C, fridge. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Highly recommended!

It's very close to nanjing shopping district, the bund, line 2 and 10 metro station and local restaurants. Taking metro line 2, its about 1 hour to pudong airport. It's very budget friendly and relatively safe as the inn is in front of a local fire station. The rooms are clean and spacious but the common areas are not well kept. Family mart is just a few meters away, if you are on a budget for food and drinks. There is a common area at the lobby where you and your friends can hangout, eat and drink. Just be weary not to make any noise after 12am.

There was construction going on in front of the inn so there are a lot of workers and scafoldings and dust around the area. The lobby is not well kept, reception and bar is dusty.
