Fantastic location, friendly staff, decent size room, comfortable bed, working TV. Okay shower. Had no idea breakfast was included in my booking so that was a lovely surprise. If I wasn't going out for brunch I would have tried the full menu - the food looked amazing and the atmosphere was nice and cosy. Overall, good enough for a one night stay.

It was quite dark in my room because it was facing another wall outside which blocked out the sunlight and even when all the lights were turned on, it was still dark. It would be good to add another light to the ceiling or a desk lamp.

Location was perfect. Right on the sea front. Parking not to far away and only a 5-10 minute walk from the harbour. The hotel was very clean and friendly. Vicky greeted us on arrival and showed us to our rooms. Any questions she answered and nothing was a bother. Breakfast was lovely. We came as a family of 7 and had a table waiting for us and breakfast was served. On the evening we had a couple of drinks in the lounge. I didn’t get the man’s name who was serving us. But again very polite and welcoming. Nothing was too much effort and even had a little sound system that played easy to listen to music whilst we all chatted. Would definitely come back to stay here in the future.

Location was brilliant and the main reason we chose the hotel, ie close to the train station and right on the seafront, and we had booked a room with a fantastic seaview (plus a view of the clock from our room). The room was a good size and comfortable, and we loved being able to open a window for fresh air and to hear the sea. Very helpful staff on arrival and beforehand when making arrangements. We would definitely return.

Not a lot to say to say here, as it was great for our one night stay. A bigger bathroom would be nice, but it's an old building and the seaview made up for everything else!

Loved the location very central to everything mark was very friendly and made us feel very welcome the room was well equipped with everything we needed and was a good size had a lift as well which was handy and a bar / restaurant in the basement which is a nice addition would definatly stay here again

Despite being a non smoking property there was a distinct smell of smoke all over the property the window in our room was in need of urgent repair as it lets in a big drafts and you can hear everything going on in the street despite being on the top floor and there was mould in the grouting in the bathroom

It was very lovely Theo join it in the room he was seen his self in the Mirror the man was who run the bar he was tell me about the place got a ghost I love my ghost hunting and staff was very love we didn’t need to wait long for are room was really so we booking the the window view cuz we can see the sea and the sun rise in the morning.i we word of stay again it not four to the train station and shops and city centre and the harbour sorry for the pic I ant got no pic of the lobby

He go in the life to 2nd floor and to get to room we have to carry the pram up and down the stairs but it was give us exercise

The location was perfect overlooking the beach, very close to the train station and the town centre. The staff were all very friendly and helpful a special mention to Mark for the loan of his fan from reception. The breakfast was an unexpected bonus and very nice too.

Couldn't really have the bedroom window open due to the pigeons and their mess.

The location was fantastic, overlooking the sea, near the train station, and walking distance from all Weymouth's attractions and facilities. Also very friendly welcome and great breakfast. Our room was very comfortable with spacious bathroom and wonderful views of the sea.

Internet wasn't working in our room, so we had to be in the lounge to connect to the hotel wifi.

The Leam Hotel is basic. However, Mark, the barman was exceptional. He booked us in, carried our bags and made the most delicious pimms 😊 Breakfast was very nice. I had a seaview room which was beautiful and waking up to the view of Weymouth beach was amazing. It was very hot in the room and was only supplied with a fan.

Vicky was amazing host. She was so lovely and welcoming. Always up for a chat and nothing was too much for her. Very good for the price. We had a sea view room the second night which I wish I paid for in the beginning as it was stunning! Considering the building is over 200 years old I was very satisfied. Everywhere in the area is extremely expensive but this was a very good price for a few nights.

A good breakfast served promptly. An ideal location if travelling by train. The Rail Station is only a few minutes walk. The biggest plus is that we were on the seafront with a sea view. Nothing locally was too far to walk. A much needed lift as there were a lot of stairs for an older couple.
