Brilliant location, no more than 100m from the sandy beach. Easy, very flexible access via door code system. Rooms are small but brilliant to have fridge and microwave included, kettle plus tea, coffee and milk, AND crockery and cutlery plus dish washing kit. So absolutely perfect for a short term stay. Wifi worked very well.

Was rather a noisy stay. Upstairs customers were VERY noisy until the small hours and scaffolding work started outside the bedroom window early in the morning which we were unaware of that meant sleep wasn't great.

The room was reasonably priced n massive ,beds was big sturdy and comfortable , it's the perfect little get away space with the family or as a couple its a stone throw away from the beach , arcades , restaurants, shops , the harbour, bars , the town centre , 3 different fun fairs !!we stayed for 2 nights with a 10 and 2 year old and there was so much fun to be had never struggled for something to do ! The room was very spacious even with the pull out bed out my 2 year old had plenty of space to play also loved that there was a box with books pens and toys in for little ones to use while staying , cups of tea n coffee station in the room also a fridge and microwave wich is very handy if you have a little one and need to store milk n snacks :D Sarah the owner was very welcoming and very helpful also gives the option to leave luggage in a spare room if want to make most of the day you check out wich was amazing 👏 we will definitely be back again and again 😀 Everything was perfect the only down fall for me was my 2 year old figured out how to.unlock our room door instantly 😂 so maybe a chain on the inside for the family rooms just for peace of mind for when your in the room and this is no fault to the property or room just a very curious little man aha

The location of the property . All the attractions like the Sea side resort, shops, Bars, Supermarkets and the main shopping area were all accessible within the walking distance.

Although the property did not look inviting from outside from the main street but inside the property, it was well secure accommodation with a code to enter the property and separate set of keys for the room. The room was well furnished and bright, the bed was comfortable with clean linen sheets, the bathroom was very clean, there was a fridge and tea making facilities and a microwave oven in the room. Well worth the price for the stay.

Sarah, the owner, was very nice and helpful. She messaged before I arrived with instructions on how to get entry. I didn't realise I had a kitchen/lounge as I thought it was just a room, so very surprised. This saved me a lot in food/going out. Great location. A few from the station and town.

Only thing negative was the hob not working, but there was an oven and microwave and for the 3 nights I was there this wasn't a problem.

I felt really secure in a lovely room. A very thoughtful host who works hard to satisfy her guests. The location for the beach and buses was perfect. The left luggage room proved very helpful on my last day.

The accommodation was quite cramped and noise carried but it was midweek and generally peaceful. The host wasn't on site much but fortunately there were no urgent problems.

Great location, easy to check in and navigate around, especially with the clear instructions provided.

Nothing as such, although with the high temperatures being able to open more than one window or be provided with a fan would be ideal! (Although onus is on us for not asking) But this is entirely relevant to the outside temperatures and not the condition of the property etc

room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, the bathroom was modern and the shower worked brilliantly. the location was also directly next to a car park along with being dead in town centre.

if I'm honest there wasn't anything I didn't like. we were about 4 flights of stairs up which I imagine people with hip problems or those unfit would find hard and not like, however my partner and I prefer being on the top floor so for us was great!

The property was in a superb location for all that Weymouth has to offer. Location was our priority when booking and this property certainly ticks the box

The property I get is old but not sure on all the rooms but certainly ours felt rather dated and could do with a little makeover and decorating however saying that it didn’t affect our stay

Nice room, great facilities plenty of tea, coffee etc. Shower was excellent, a lot of b and b's I've stayed in don't have great water pressure but this one was great! Easy enough check in. Near to town centre and beach

First night/morning inner door was open when I got in and when left in morning when meant to be closed. Can be a little noisy but no different to any other place really

The room was a good size, airy and had plenty of light coming in. The bed was very comfy, the shower was decent and there was an iron and ironing board stowed away in the cupboard, which was definitely a plus. The Manager was also very friendly and accommodating.

Nothing really stands out.
