The room was reasonably priced n massive ,beds was big sturdy and comfortable , it's the perfect little get away space with the family or as a couple its a stone throw away from the beach , arcades , restaurants, shops , the harbour, bars , the town centre , 3 different fun fairs !!we stayed for 2 nights with a 10 and 2 year old and there was so much fun to be had never struggled for something to do ! The room was very spacious even with the pull out bed out my 2 year old had plenty of space to play also loved that there was a box with books pens and toys in for little ones to use while staying , cups of tea n coffee station in the room also a fridge and microwave wich is very handy if you have a little one and need to store milk n snacks :D Sarah the owner was very welcoming and very helpful also gives the option to leave luggage in a spare room if want to make most of the day you check out wich was amazing 👏 we will definitely be back again and again 😀 Everything was perfect the only down fall for me was my 2 year old figured out how to.unlock our room door instantly 😂 so maybe a chain on the inside for the family rooms just for peace of mind for when your in the room and this is no fault to the property or room just a very curious little man aha

The location of the property . All the attractions like the Sea side resort, shops, Bars, Supermarkets and the main shopping area were all accessible within the walking distance.

Although the property did not look inviting from outside from the main street but inside the property, it was well secure accommodation with a code to enter the property and separate set of keys for the room. The room was well furnished and bright, the bed was comfortable with clean linen sheets, the bathroom was very clean, there was a fridge and tea making facilities and a microwave oven in the room. Well worth the price for the stay.

Sarah, the owner, was very nice and helpful. She messaged before I arrived with instructions on how to get entry. I didn't realise I had a kitchen/lounge as I thought it was just a room, so very surprised. This saved me a lot in food/going out. Great location. A few from the station and town.

Only thing negative was the hob not working, but there was an oven and microwave and for the 3 nights I was there this wasn't a problem.

room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, the bathroom was modern and the shower worked brilliantly. the location was also directly next to a car park along with being dead in town centre.

if I'm honest there wasn't anything I didn't like. we were about 4 flights of stairs up which I imagine people with hip problems or those unfit would find hard and not like, however my partner and I prefer being on the top floor so for us was great!

Nice room, great facilities plenty of tea, coffee etc. Shower was excellent, a lot of b and b's I've stayed in don't have great water pressure but this one was great! Easy enough check in. Near to town centre and beach

First night/morning inner door was open when I got in and when left in morning when meant to be closed. Can be a little noisy but no different to any other place really

Breakfast not included, which i knew before attending. Great breakfast choices very nearby at Wetherspoons and other cafe's, great (cheap) prices too. The accommodation is a bit dated, but it is very clean and perfect for a quick sea fishing getaway. Bed was comfortable and i had a great nights sleep.

The sash windows need replacing, but the owners are being held up by the local council trying to determine if the property is in a conservation area or if the property has to adhere to or apply for grade 2 listed buildings consent to change the windows on a like for like basis. There is no parking at the accommodation, but the Park Street car park is only 50 meters from the property and parking is free between 6pm and 8am.

Lovely place so close to the beach with great facilities. Didn't realise I would get a microwave and fridge in the room as well which was a treat. Host was lovely and very welcoming.

As an old house quite a creeky loud property and noise from the street but can't be helped! Just if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Didn't impact my stay and was very very impressed.

Whole apartment close to sea front and shops. Large spacious lounge with dining area and cooking facilities. Sea view, roof patio area.

Four lots of stairs to climb to my room, bit of a struggle with a case. Dirty cushion seat at dining table and dirty window frames.

This hotel is in a good place in Weymouth as short walk to the station and to shops, beach and bus stops so you can visit other places! The room ,the lovely lady owner upgraded us too, was big, good ensuite and even a fridge so you can keep things in it like milk! Plenty of places to eat too!

There wasn't really anything we didn't like, apart from the weather, which at the time of year we went was expected!!!

A Bay window giving the room more light and better view . Comfortable beds . A fridge and electric kettle with tea / coffee . Electric radiator to dry our wet clothes . Very close to the sea front and shopping area . Availability of off street car parking .

Rather dated decor but not a problem with our stay .
