Bed comfortable (I'm 6'4", and it was long enough for me, which is good when a bed has a metal end to it 😄). Room bright, clean and cheerful. Brekkie consisted of a whole box of fruit and nut cereal (right up my street), and full 1 litre of full-fat milk (tasty!). Plus 1 litre of orange juice too. Fridge worked nicely at keeping milk and juice fresh. There's also a 2 litre bottle of water, for those who have an aversion to the very drinkable UK water supply 😁 The shower was good. Just a regular electric shower, but decent pressure and temperature, etc. Patio space seemed nice and was catching sun in the morning - ideal for having brekkie outdoors. Location is very close to the harbour (3 mins walk, I'd say). Excellent.

The location and quaint setting. We loved having out little breakfast on the shared decking area. A really lovely little gem, so close to everything; even better for a morning swim, then come back and change ready for the day! Some amazing places to eat including Station Kitchen for a really special dinner, The Rise or cafe sladers for decent breakfast/brunch, plus plenty of places for the obligatory cream tea, coffee and cakes. Carol was an amazing host and we had ample parking. We just left out car there and was able to use as an amazing base to start coastal hikes and walks aplenty.

It was very welcoming and clean. The shower was lovely and the bed was comfortable. I really appreciated having crockery and cutlery as well.

The only thing would be that there was no floor space to open my case, and the bed frame has pointy metal corners which I banged into a lot in the small space. Maybe a smaller bed and frame would be better in such a small room.

The owner was lovely very attentive nothing was too much trouble. The property is in a convenient location in a quiet residential road. It is about a 3 minute walk to the harbour. The beds were super comfy. Loved the small touches of a proper fridge in addition to milk, fruit juice, cereal, tea and coffee. Especially loved the chocolate bunny under the teacup. Will definitely be going back again. The owner was lovely.

Perfect location.Cereal only A carton of fruit juice for our two day stay would have been nice Maybe a piece of fruit or croissant.Acceptable but minimal.

We had a nice seating area outside our room as did the other two rooms.We had our french doors open and a gentleman staying walked down into our corner smoking.I had just had a shower wasn't fully dressed.Also again in morning.Embstassing.Smoking.

Great location in West Bay. Easy walking distance to restaurants, takeaway, pubs and harbour. Parking. Carol was welcoming and kindly supplied milk, orange juice, biscuits, cereal and water.

Poor sound insulation between rooms, so could clearly hear the people in next room.

Loved the very quiet but also very convenient location for West Bay. Comfortable room very clean and well presented. Some breakfast items and tea/coffee and milk were provided for us which was very welcome.

The owner told us that the T.V in the room had stopped working. It was a bit disappointing, however we were given a larger room than we had booked so that was a plus .

The attention to detail which really showed and Carol, supplied biscuits milk, tea coffee and all that was needed for a great stay. Many thanks. The location was amazing for walking.

Took a long time for hot water to happen but the shower was good. Don’t let this put you off though, it’s too nice to let that sway a decision. Amusing :-) 13.5 tog duvet for summertime, ok, I could have for a lighter one which I have no doubt would have been supplied and the bed was really comfy.

Carol was a lovely host and made sure we felt welcome.We stayed two nights and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The terrace overlooking the bay was an added bonus. I'd highly recommend this B&B, just a short walk to the beach and harbour. We would definitely stay again. Check out was stated at 10am but Carol told us that morning that there was no rush and we eventually left the room at around 10:30, we were even allowed to leave our car in the car park space while we went for a morning stroll before leaving. This is how laid back everything was.

Our holiday needs could be discussed as presented. Local recommendations for attractions, restaurants and other places of interest advice was excellent. All in all an enjoyable stay signposted by an excellent host.
