We were really impressed with the size of the room, massive amount of storage space, light and airy, plenty of pillows and cushions, nice large bathroom. The breakfast menu was good - could maybe benefit from some fresh fruit and yoghurt but that's just my preference. My partner was very pleased with the full english. Juice options and plenty of coffee or tea available. The 'Burger and a Pint' £10 offer on a Friday evening is delicious. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Not a dislike but parking could be a little limited but fortunately for us we managed to park onsite for the 7 nights we were there. However we did scout out parking locally and there are options.

It was a beautiful,welcoming building. Very clean, warm,comfortable & tastefully decorated. The location is perfect being close to the seafront and all amenities. The staff and locals were very friendly and helpful,nothing was too much trouble . The full English Breakfast was amazing. The evening meal was very good,freshly cooked with generous portions. The out of season price is very good value and Seaton is delightful at this time of year. We will definitely be returning.

Great location and room was a nice size with a lovely big bathroom (separate bath and shower) Manager and bar staff friendly although lady serving breakfast could be a little bit more friendly

Radiator in room wasn’t working as it was a bit chilly in the room Saturday afternoon/evening Tables were breakfast was served were sticky even though they had apparently been cleaned after last guest had left the table. Wouldn’t class tea, coffee and fruit juice a continental breakfast as stated on the menu and when someone asked about fruit and yogurt are just told we aren’t a big enough establishment to cater/stock

The location was good and staff were excellent. Plenty of storage space in the room. Breakfast was brilliant. The room and bed were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was too hot, no way of cooling it down. Problems controlling temperature of shower, and the water was very slow to drain away, which we reported. The shower doors didn’t meet at the corner, and some of the plastic beading fell off. A lack of electric power points in the room and no electric razor point in the bathroom. Problems finding and getting into the car park.

We really loved this Hotel, such easy going friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our two dogs enjoyed it too and were made very welcome. It is in a great position in Seaton. We enjoyed our stay very much, and hope to return .Thank you.

We've travelled extensively and staying at the Eyre was a pleasure. Great location right by the beach, nice breakfast and easy check in and out. Staff are super friendly and could not be more helpful. Not many places would contact you the day after you left informing you about an item of jewellery left behind and then sending it back to your home address. Super impressed. Seaton itself needs a bit of TLC but the range of small independent shops, cafes etc is fantastic. Next time we're in the area, will definitely stay again.

Only stopped here for one night but what a charming place. Real pub atmosphere with about 8 rooms of accommodation. Staff really good and friendly. Room excellent with ensuite. Ate at the Pub for dinner and the food was delicious and well presented. Breakfast also served and good selection. Located right in the heart of Seaton. Parking limited but although car park was full when we arrived told to park opposite other cars and worked out okay. Good value Good choice.

Only very minor, it’s a Pub and it was a little noisy at night but didn’t overly bother us.

Well located and friendly - breakfast delicious, with local produce, also, not too noisy considering this is a busy pub.

Black out blinds needed in the bedroom- the curtains were just for show! there was a light on outside our window which shone in the room, a simple blind and black out curtains would remedy this . Also, fans from kitchen were left on all night on one occasion- not the second night - so obviously someone complained. The fans were marginally irritating .. Room very clean, and cleaned daily. I would stay again as it was very relaxed and enabled us to visit family locally.

The room was a good size, comfy beds and great location. Only one flight of stairs to the room. The lady on check in was really lovely, friendly and chatty! Our evening meal was delicious, we had pizza, sat in the lovely beer garden, nice atmosphere! The breakfast was lovely, lots of coffee, the avocado on toast was amazing, staff very nice.

Warm rooms and the window was tricky to open.

Room was really nice, everything we required was there. Lovely soft towels and pillows. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great, an excellent choice, presented very nicely by a delightful lady waitress. Our dog, Philly was made very welcome and closeness to the beach was a bonus for her morning and evening walks.

The only thing that could have been a little easier was the parking. Just a bit tight at times, be we managed without any problems.
