Room was perfect. 1st floor near lift and stairs. Great view of beach

Bit disapointed with information in our room about what entertainment going on and where didn’t know there was a bar and entertainment down on lower floor. Also regards booking meals. We’re told we only had to book dinner or evening meals the day before. So when we went to book Xmas day breakfast and evening meals on Xmas eve were told fully booked. Very disapointed Which meant we had to survive Xmas day on sandwiches we had to go out out and buy from local shops,on Xmas eve spoilt are stay,completely, room information poor.

Beautiful clean and spacious room, excellent accommodation. Fabulous value for money. Clean and tidy. Good size room, Well heated, quiet really lovely hotel.

The chap on reception really let the stay down, we personally didn't have any problems but another member of our group had problem on check in and quite frankly the attitude of the receptionist was disappointing. Waving his hands in a pregnant women's face was diabolical. The mistake was the fault of the hotels and not the guest so I did not expect her to be spoken to the way she did.

Nice friendly hotel

Our room (108) was lovely! Spacious and nicely decorated with a beautiful balcony and wonderful view of the beach. The location was great, super close to the beach and train station. It was very clean with a great shower, and big, comfortable bed. It had some great extras such as a fridge which was stocked with water and kitkats, a kettle and coffee machine and an iron and ironing board. The bar was nice, cocktails only £6! Friendly bar and breakfast staff. Breakfast was served super quickly.

Although breakfast was quick and nicely cooked (great hash browns) it was a bit on the small side and there could have been more continental options. I think the orange juice might have been watered down. The bar staff could have done with some help.

The communal rooms, restaurants, bar and reception areas were stylish comfortable and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty well presented. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Our bedroom was quite compact but the towels, bedding and furniture were all good. The ensuite bathroom was compact but in good order. A lick of paint here and there would really elevate the room hut overall we were very happy and would definitely day again. The location is good. A10 minute walk to town centre. The beach is just across the road abd there are shops and bars along the Esplanade too.

My wife and sister in law went on a 2 day break.The superior room they had was great clean and comfortable and the best bit was laying in bed and looking out through the doors to a fantastic sea view, the facilities i.e coffee machine,kettle and cups,fridge and hair dryer were an extra bonus,also the addition of bottled water and chocolate bars was unexpected. All the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good plenty of choice and well cooked.Location could not have been better.

Slightly overpriced considering that the hotel mainly caters for large coach parties.

Bathroom products would be a nice touch.

- The location was amazing! 5-10 mins from the town centre and restaurants and right on the beach. - The room was warm and comfortable. - All staff I met were friendly and helpful. - Very good price considering where hotel is located and room.

The only negatives I had about the hotel were two things: - The bathroom was outdated and needed a bit of an update. The shower could have been better. - The room door is opened with a key. I would have liked a bit more security on the inside of the room as I felt it would not take a lot for someone to get in (but that's a personal thought).

The hotel is on the sea front, great location to go swimming or walk on the white sandy beach. Tiny my assistant dog and I arrived at 3:45pm, check in was smooth, we had a standard single room, due to hotel had a lot of bookings for double and sea view rooms, we had a room at the back, with tea and coffee, a shower/wc, tv basic channels, towels and soap. the room was clean, housekeeping everyday in the hotel who did a wonderful job. evening meals/breakfast was tasty though the staff worked very hard/ though short staffed, Jay especially attended to my enquiries, assistant dogs are allowed in the bar area, so a staff member will have to assist regarding this matter. Overall, I found the hotel warm and welcoming to visitors, who have a disability or not. the hotel does have a lift to all floors, if someone does have a seen or un seen disability, they must inform the hotel with that information, because the hotel has big steps in the front entrance, but has a wheelchair accessibility door around the back, but the individual will need to inform the hotel, when they need that access, because the member of staff will need to open the door, and close it behind the disabled person. HELPFUL STAFF, DOG FRIENDLY, GREAT PLACE TO STAY FOR THE BEACH, WE WILL COME AGAIN!

The hotel will need a ramp in the front entrance, due to big steps walking up and down, not easy with mobility issues. The hotel does not have enough staff to serve customers during meal times.

Ella at reception was very kind, caring and efficient. The friendly atmosphere. Cleanliness of place. Efficiency of the Staff. Food excellent on the 3 course meal. Warmth of the room. Comfortable bed. Ensuite easy access, Mat for Shower, lovely large white towels. Plenty of liquid soap.Easy access to Town Buses? Trainand Beach. Drinks good prices in Bar. Comfortable seating in Sitting area. TV good signal.

No choice of milk, I.e. Lactose Free, Oat etc. No Biscuits in Room.
